I made an order and did not receive any emails. I am trying to reach them. They have too limited call hours. When you call, no one picks up. The contact form cannot be sent cause the sending button doesn't work. Chat is not answered at all. For such an amazing and quality clothing shop, I cannot understand why they have the worst customer service.
Note: This has not happened only now. A couple of months ago, I tried to reach them because my order was lost and it took me weeks to reach out to them.

It's been 3 months since they received returned items on my order and I still haven't received a refund.
After trying to raise an issue with all mean on their website and reiterating the issue in the support chat I still haven't been contacted even once. When asking the status on the chat they always reply that the case is created and you will be contacted asap. Once again, I haven't been contacted once and recently on multiple occasions support agents started to just close the chat on their side. My worst online shopping experience so far with total disrespect to customers.

Ordered a large number of products on Black Friday - never arrived. Customer service said there will be an investigation. A month in and no response. Everytime I reach out they say they can't do anything about it. Ridiculous service - don't shop online at Underarmour as you'll find no support. Should've checked TrustPilot reviews myself.

Have purchased online and in shop a variety of product multiple times and i have had no problems.

This is from the never seen! It takes a lot to send the orders. Then to make a return take three times. This is incredible!! They have no control over returns. I regret buying at this online store. But I WILL NEVER BUY. NEVER

Want to cancel my order (asked to cancel within minutes realising I had selected wrong item), the item has not even been sent by the company yet, still in processing has been for days (took days to even get a response) and may be for days more, who knows.
But to cancel my order I have to wait for it to be sent first, then delivered so I can then return it, time for the return and then wait 14 days after that for refund. Seems like a waste of mine and their time. Maybe without my money for several weeks minimum and judging by their slow response on support longer.
