Are go to for Disney tickets
We used Undercover Tourist for many years. Mostly for Disney World tickets but every so often Disneyland and Universal. Prices are always good and we never had an issue with the tickets.

Failure to provide tickets or any notification of an issue
Ordered tickets for Legoland California, I did not receive the tickets, so I called Customer Service the morning the tickets were for, and found out Undercover Tourist was not able to purchase the tickets, despite still listing them for sale on their website (though now for a higher price), and not providing any indication there was an issue with the order until I called. This delay meant prices increased everywhere, and so I had to spend an additional $55/ticket (or cancel the trip) to buy them direct from Legoland, since there was no longer enough time to purchase from a less expensive reseller.

Don’t buy tickets here! They charge a 5% fee if you get a refund! I had to pay $43 dollars fee on two adult park hopper tickets for Disneyland. Keep in mind these are E-tickets that get emailed within minutes. So this 5% processing fee is a joke! And also you have to expand the refund policy to see this. I would get it more if the tickets were mailed hard copy for this fee. Getawaytoday.com gets a full refund with their E-tickets. So them trying to justify and say it’s everywhere it’s not! You seriously have to look for it!

Refund Policy Issue
My recent purchase was intended to be an exchange for tickets I previously bought and requested a refund for, as new tickets became available at a discounted price. They originally told me that I could expect a refund within 72 hours. It’s been 2 WEEKS and they have no idea when their “partner” can review my refund request. So, their refund guarantee is a complete falsehood.

- I predict that the response will be that they’re waiting in their “partner” to confirm that it’s okay to process the refund and that it will just take a few more days. Blah, blah, blah….
UPDATE: I was contacted by Richard on Christmas Eve and he was FINALLY able to process my refund after nearly 4 weeks of my initial request. Thankful to finally get my issue resolved but still disappointed it took a Trust Pilot review do get it done.

First time third party success
Booking was easy, and with my reservation number I could easily add my room to my MDE app. Check in was a breeze and they didn’t have the room type I booked available so Disney upgraded me to a suite at no extra charge. I was nervous booking third party for the first time, but I’m happy I did, and will use undercover tourist again!

You will never receive your refund!
Buyer beware, if you have to cancel you will never receive your refund. I called to cancel our tickets at the start of September. It is well within the allowed period of time and they haven’t been used, so they are eligible for a refund. I was told it would typically take 1-3 days to be processed. I followed up again at the end of September because still no refund, and was told to wait a few more weeks. It’s now been almost 4 months, and every time I call or email they tell me they are “checking with their partners” and can’t do anything more. They thank me for my patience, but keep asking me to wait a few more weeks. They are leading customers on and buying time to not give a refund at all, hoping we will forget or give up. Do not buy from them if you think there’s a possibility you’ll need to cancel - their refund promise means nothing if they never follow through.
