I bought the child tickets instead of adults, and I know I dont get a refund, but I was willing to pay the difference for adult tickets and they still said no. We later called to get out tickets refunded and they did, soooo like why was it so hard to change the tickets in the first place. Never getting tickets from this company again!

Easy to use website. Tickets in email almost immediately. No issues applying tickets to Universal or Disney app (purchased both)

I always buy my park tickets from Undercover Tourist. When we went to book our resort for our very first WDW for our special anniversary trip, we knew we would get the best deal there. We compared the price to the Disney website and felt like we were getting away with something. The crowd calendars are always my first resource when deciding on dates and if I ever have questions about park events or upcoming trips, it's always the first place I go. Five stars every time.

Good ticket prices, when you are travelling under 8 days. Fast delivery via E-Mail.

I liked the discounts and the feel of the website, but your tactics are misleading and disappointing. Dining Dollars is very misleading. I thought I was getting $100 in food credits to use at the park, just to find out that Dining Dollars is actually a website that let's you buy giftcards at a discount. That's a trap and I'm disgusted by the subversive tactic.

Grateful to find this site for information, but, honestly, the price was the same as AARP, my credit card offer and the buy-ahead on the Universal Studios website. I really can't see what I gained except the ability to refund, which the others did not offer. I did not receive access to the "express" studio tour ticket that was advertised so not sure it was worth setting up another online account at another vendor for this purchase.

Honest, up-front pricing and stated comparisons to gate prices. Bonus Dining Dollars. Easy to understand and find return process.

Having checked the pricing of Universal Orlando Hotels for weeks found You tend to be the best priced. But pricing goes up regularly, I understand you have little to do with. And your Vacation Package is more expensive than purchasing items individually.

Dining Dollars bit, sadly, dragged experience to a horrible and a painful one. Pricing was already expensive and this just added to the confusion. Would help rectify things if $40 is refunded back against order# 114612-040726 as this useless perk will end up NOT being utilized. Please and thanks in advance.

Organizing a trip for a family is very difficult but we were able to get a hotel, tickets, and fast passes to Universal Studios. We get to stay on the grounds and get access to the parks early. This was a very easy process

Great experience purchasing SeaWorld tickets for a family of four. Tickets were received fast. I printed them and had no issues using them at the gate.

The price was very good, but the website needs to be more clear as to what you are buying and what changes if you pick another option, and how to get back if you change your mind.

The tickets I bought to Universal we’re not accepted at the gate. I had to go to customer service to get printed off.

Went well overall, paid for my tickets and got the codes to activate them very quickly, so that was really nice. Glad to have used this site, since disney tickets are getting more and more expensive.

You provided clear instructions for what has become a seemingly complicated effort to attend Disneyland...especially when there is a larger group!

Navigating the website and there are deals to be had. However, buying theme park tickets is actually less buying through the Disney app or through Universal direct. I did buy through undercovertourist.com because my credit card offered me $100 bonus rewards through undercovertourist.com

I had a very frustrating experience with Undercover Tourist and would not recommend using them.
I purchased a 3-day, 3-attraction ticket for my trip to San Diego after carefully reviewing their website. The full list of included attractions clearly showed the ones I planned to visit: San Diego Zoo, USS Midway, and SeaWorld. Based on that information, I felt confident in my purchase.
However, when I downloaded my pass, SeaWorld was not included. I reached out to customer service via email and received no response. When I called, the experience only got worse. The first representative initially told me SeaWorld was included, then changed her answer and said it was only part of a “premium” ticket—which is not what was advertised on the page I used.
When I pointed out the discrepancy, I was told that I hadn’t checked the website properly and was directed to contact SeaWorld instead. This was both incorrect and dismissive. The issue clearly stems from misleading or inaccurate information on their website, yet no effort was made to resolve it or take responsibility.
As a result, I’m now stuck either missing an attraction I planned for or paying extra out of pocket due to their mistake. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced—unhelpful, unresponsive, and unwilling to fix a clear error.
I will not be using Undercover Tourist again.
I have screenshots of the inaccurate description where the website states SeaWorld was included and will now be referring the matter to the Federal Trade Commission for resolution.
