The information on the website is easy to understand and they always have a great price.

Word of warning, avoid booking through Undercover Tourist. I booked Discovery Cove through them and called to change the day, as the booking confirmation states this is possible. They advised they cannot change the day of the booking for "security reasons", even though booking direct through Discovery Cove you are able to change the day for free. I asked them what they meant by "security reasons" but they couldnt answer my question (I had passed security clearance so just being fobbed off at this point). I was modifying the booking from a bank holiday to 2 days later, a less expensive day! With no expectation of a refund in price difference. To top it off the Undercover Tourist UK freephone number doesnt work so had to call the international number. Cost me £70! Dont make my mistake, book direct.
EDIT: After reading the reponses from Undercover Tourist to this review I felt compelled to respond. As I said in my original review, I had passed security so I'm still not sure what security concerns you had? This talk of reaching out to Discovery Cove to "help" me only occurred after I started making my bad experience public. You had no intention of contacting Discovery Cove to begin with which is baffling as Discovery Cove make no secret of the fact that you absolutely can modify bookings as long as its still 48 hours until the day. Not only that, you were contractually obliged to do so as per your terms on the booking confirmation! It clearly states that modifications are possible and to contact yourselves! Discovery Cove were infinitely more helpful than you and they didn't have to be (as I didnt book directly with them). This talk of making an "exception" for me is absolute rubbish. Modifications are standard and commonplace with Discovery Cove. Why you have been so reluctant to help me I have no idea. Thanks a bunch.

Theme park ticket prices are competitive and I love the 365 day return policy. I had an issue with my order and the undercover tourist team took care of my issue and gave me great customer service.

Buying these tickets instead of buying them on the Actual website is so much better and save money and time.

Tickets worked for Disneyland. Deceptive advertising saying that there was a $20 coupon for dining at Disney. Not true, so would not use Undercover Tourist for that reason— hate sneaky companies.

We bought the Discovery Cove plus 2 extra parks (seaworld, aquatica). Everything would've been 5 stars but aquatica was closed all week with no notice of this, even though it was 77 degrees and sunny the day we were planning on going. Do we get a refund for this?

We usually buy our Disneyland/World tickets through Undercover Tourist, as they usually have better pricing then buying direct from Disney. The process of buying is very quick and it's easy to link your tickets into the Disneyland/World App
On our most recent trip to Disneyland we purchased a 5 day ticket through Undercover Tourist, we were supposed to be arriving in Orange County at noon and we're planning on going to go directly to Disneyland to use day one of our five day ticket, unfortunately for us our flight got delayed significantly and there was no way we could use our first day ticket and extending our stay in Orange County wasn't a possibility.
I called Undercover Tourist and was connected with Chee in under a minute, I explained the dilemma we had 5 day tickets but now only 4 days in OC due to the airlines incompetence. Chee was very understanding and quickly able to cancel and refund my 5 day ticket, and we then purchased a 4 day ticket. THANK YOU Chee!!!
Undercover Tourist is legit!!! Great prices and quick service when things go sideways

The range of tickets offered and the return policy are great. The tickets arrived very quickly and were easily linked to my accounts.

Promo wouldn’t work. Called customer service, chatted several times but no one was able to offer solution or help. Ended up having to place order for tickets then switch promo to a different date meaning we can’t take advantage of it just to get order placed. I wasn’t even able to remove the promo because it automatically applied and wasn’t able to be removed. Took dozens of tries, multiple days, several contacts with customer service to get order placed. And in the end I just figured out a work around. Whole thing was stupid and customer service basically said even though they were aware of the problem they couldn’t do anything to help. Don’t advertise promotions that customers can’t even take advantage of because the website won’t let them.

The package I purchased stated total was due in March 2026 one month prior to my stay, and you tried to charge the full amount to my bank card. It was reported to my bank as fraud, and my account was terminated and I had to go through the entire process of opening a new account. Not good PR.

Undercover Tourist will save you a bit of money on Disney tickets; I saved $15. When they offer dining credits, they are not exactly for the park. Getting the Disney tickets was easy. I have no idea how to utilize the $20 food credit. That is far too complicated. You have to create an account and then try to figure out which restaurants qualify and select a digital gift card that then comes within 24 hours. That went to waste because it was complicated for me and the timing did not work by the time I tried to redeem it.

I wasn’t able to purchase the tickets for Thursday April 2 as the attached drink package promo is attached and not available. I spoke to an agent but was unable to resolve the issue. She assured me I would get an email from UT with a solution but four days later I’ve heard nothing.

Your offer of a $200 refundable down payment to Disneyworld in April, 2026 is too generous to pass up. And I didn't! Undercover Tourist is the first site to use when planning a vacation. I should know. I've been using Undercover Tourist for years.

Extremely difficult to figure out theme park packages. Your app lost all my info when I was purchasing after 2+ hours of entering info. App is clunky and doesn’t work well on mobile device. Why would you not be able to make changes to a reservation? I have to cancel the whole thing and start all over to make a change?!

I appreciate the chat feature to get quick questions answered before purchasing; however, I was given completely incorrect information from the first agent I spoke to, and when I asked for clarity and even said what I was seeing written on the website, the agent insisted he was correct. I ended that chat and started a new chat with a new agent, and that agent told me the exact opposite information was correct. It would have been bad for us if I had gone with the first agent’s info.
Edit: How do I share the information you've requested below?

I love Undercover Tourist. Always so nice if you need any help. Prices are always better than theme park prices and deals are great!

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Undercover Tourist – Poor Customer Service and No Resolution
I recently purchased a 3-day Disney ticket through Undercover Tourist for my family’s trip to Florida, and unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
The first two days at the park went smoothly, but on the third day, my daughter became unwell and was unable to attend. I immediately contacted Undercover Tourist to request a refund or alternative solution, only to be told that responses could take up to 72 hours. After multiple follow-ups by phone and message, I received no meaningful response other than that the matter would be referred to a third-party company.
To make matters worse, my partner sustained a leg injury on one of the rides, meaning they couldn’t use the third-day ticket either. With no response from Undercover Tourist and time running out, I decided to visit Disney Guest Relations in person on the final evening of our stay. I incurred additional taxi costs just to try and resolve the situation, and Disney confirmed they were willing to refund the unused day, but that it would need to be processed through Undercover Tourist. I immediately relayed this information to Undercover Tourist but, again, received no reply
After three weeks of waiting, I finally received a response from Undercover Tourist, only to be told that nothing could be done. They also informed me that the case was now closed and advised me not to contact them back using the reference number, which felt like an outright refusal to resolve the issue.
If you don't have any problems, everything may be fine. But if you do, don’t expect any help. The lack of communication, support, and clear direction from Undercover Tourist throughout this process has been beyond disappointing. It’s especially upsetting given the medical circumstances, the additional taxi costs I had to pay, and the complete disregard for the impact this had on our trip. The last few days of our holiday were spent worrying about the unused ticket which are not cheap, rather than enjoying time with my family.
Additionally, it’s worth noting that the price difference between Undercover Tourist and other vendors is minimal, yet the hassle with customer service is simply not worth it. You don't save much for the frustration of dealing with a company that seems unwilling to offer any meaningful support or resolution.
I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing tickets through Undercover Tourist to think twice. Their poor customer service and unwillingness to offer any meaningful resolution to a legitimate issue made a difficult situation far worse
It’s worth noting if we didn’t have any problems or need to come contact customer service the tickets would have been fine.
