The customer service worker was really rude to me over email, And this was all over a lack of quality control on their side.

It’s a shame because it was really reasonably priced and the packaging was excellent (safe for transport).
I only found out that the part was insufficient when my car had already been taken apart, and I was already being charged for labour at this point.

I only got in contact to let them know that the part was insufficient. I wanted some resolution as I paid for a level of service that was not given. The part was clearly advised for my car? That’s the service I was paying for. If you’re unable to stick to a spec, do not sell parts that have a specification. It’s plain as.

I was disappointed when they told me that I should’ve just sent it back to them. There was no level of customer service, or even an investigation what happened. A simple sorry would’ve done.

They didn’t consider the fact that I was already paying labour, would’ve had to pay return costs and then eventually have to pay another set of labour, due to poor quality control.

I understand the situation myself, as owning my own business. However, customer service is really important when you’re selling into the general public. There was no level of customer service. Would not recommend.

After buying my rs4 honey comb front grill. I gotin touch to as for help in me finding the sline grill badge.they went and found out who I could buy one from.with out there help I was struggling to find one.as I have said before iv tried the rest but now found the best.many thanks

I just had the most amazing customer service experience with Underground Car Parts!

Someone knocked the wing mirror cover off my car while I was at work. Annoying! I ordered a replacement cover and indicator cover on Underground Car Parts website. I was emailed by a lovely operative called Adam who let me know the 2 items were from different car models. Oops. They did not have the colour I needed in stock, only black. So Adam changed my order to the correct model and graciously added a second black cover so they would match on my car. He was very professional, helpful and efficient. A credit to his profession. Very happy indeed.

What a refreshing approach to business by this company. I purchased an item for my BMW which arrived in excellent condition and very timely. Unexpectedly my car sold before I could get to fit the item, so it remained in the box. I contacted Dave at the company to see if he would be prepared to take it back for a refund -and without hesitation he agreed. I purchased a wing mirror for my VW Golf in black, I placed the order online it was easy. The part arrived well packaged and swiftly. The price was much better than anywhere else. Purchased front lower grill for my passat from them excellent communication from the seller and packing,shipping outstanding.Later ordered the front grill from them both the product has excellent paint quality and finish.The product quality is also top notch.

Bought a set of OEM gloss black wing mirror covers after the previous eBay cheap chinese versions flew off after a good jetwash. The fit and quality of this item was second to none. You can tell this place means quality.

I ordered a wing mirror cap via Ebay, the part arrived extremely quickly and as an after market part, I was really impressed by the quality and a fraction of the price that JLR were quoting.
