Brilliant. Brilliant. Brilliant. I needed a new driver's side door mirror after some clown smashed mine up by driving too close. They had the after market mirror I needed in stock and it arrived the next day. The mirror was so well packed as well. Can't recommend enough.

Ordered item came quick fitted well. No complaints with it.

Excellent service, highly recommended these guys, ordered honeycomb grilles and fog light and wing mirror covers for my MK2 ford focus and they really make it look the part, quality parts as well, they fit perfectly, superb delivery as well, ordered Thursday, arrived Friday can't beat that, very helpful and know there stuff, would highly recommend

So I'm giving them 3 stars only because of the website. Overall this company is very very good however the website needs to more clearly explain that if you are outside the UK mainland you have to pay extra for shipping.

I'm fine with this however it cost me time trying to get it sorted

Arrived Saturday Morning.
You can not fault that for service.

Ordered some black 4 series grills. They arrived quickly and fit the car perfectly

In my personal opinion a wonderful company. I ordered two silver styling caps for my audi a3. Both came quickly but upon inspection I unfortunatly noticed a chip in the paintwork on one of the pieces. I emailed them and they apologised and kindly sent me a replacement part. this also arrived quickly. can't fault their polite quick service enough. my only tiny fault which is not fault of UP and most likely the supplier is the sides could be a tad smoother, but is nothing to worry about on the car unless you scrutinise the parts. They really compliment the car and are of decent quality. would definitely recommend.

Bought a black bumper protector from these guys, a very dark grey one was delivered in error, one quick email later and another one was on it’s way, it arrived next day and it was black!
It’s not about the small mistakes that people make, it’s about how they deal with and correct them and I can’t fault Daniel, Adam and the team at underground parts for sorting it out quickly and without hassle and kept me informed at every stage!

I got the email when it was available and immediately ordered the part.

Thanks to Pininterest I found Undergroundparts t/a Jones & Grey. I wanted quality ,but affordable lever door handles in a reeded aged antique style. Ordered 2 sets and wow, these handles were perfect & just £20 a pair delivery free.
Excellent customer service coupled with very fast delivery meant I had no hesitationin ordering 4 more sets . Cannot recommend highly enough
