Horrible customer service!!!!
I had a terrible experience there. 10 months ago, I changed my car's roof as it was broken. they said I have the option of buying silicone roof, a cheaper option instead of the original. They assembled it and I paid quite a sum for it. A week ago, the cover got loose and the air was getting inside the car while I was driving. I went over there and they said they are gonna fix it and I won't have to pay for it since they provide 3 years warrenty for their services. But then when I went to collect the car, they charged me and said since it is not an original cover I have to pay for it. There is not problem whatsoever with the silicone roof, the problem is with the poor assembly and poor machenic work. Why the hell am I paying extra for the warrenty? And it was their idea in the first place. I would have gone to some place cheaper that does not provide warrenty. I felt entirely cheated. They did not tell there is no warrenty for this particular service while assembling it, they just took the money. Worst thing is even after I paid for fixing it, it does not work fine. The air is still blowing in. When I asked them to fix it again, they said I'll have to pay again. Horrible experience, and terrible customer service. I would have given 0 if there is a button for it. I do not recommand anyone to go there, please go some place else.
