The delivery time was a lot longer than …
The delivery time was a lot longer than it should have been and customer services failed to call back. Additionally when offering me a discount and me refusing it as I get a bigger discount as part of being a student they told me they would call me back and they never did.
Toilet paper squares are too tiny for my butt.
Have now emailed the company - waiting for response.

I've now had time to digest the information regarding your order and am really sorry for any bad feeling you have towards us at Uni Bulk buy.
I see that your order was recieved by us on 4th Aug 2017 @ 20:32 - as this is out of our standard working day (Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm) your order wasnt put onto our system until the following Monday 7th, your order left us that day on a standard 48 hour service arriving with you on Wednesday 9th. other than us paying extra for a next day service i cannot see whe did much wrong.
I do apologise for customer service not returning your call and this has been addressed.
Regarding a bigger discount being a student; we work alongside NUS Extra offering monthly Discount codes and they are always available. I can see that you used our August Code with 10% off your order.
And finally the matter of the 'toilet paper squares being too tiny for your butt' :) We have many options of Toilet paper from Budget to Luxury at Uni Bulk Buy I can send you a 4pk of a new 3ply toilet roll we now stock if you can confirm your still at the same address? I think you will like it as the sheets are larger than what you ordered from us.
Please contact me if you need any further assistance as it would be nice to draw a line under this minor issue.

Excellent Service
Really good customer service!! I've ordered from UnibulkBuy several times as i live in a house of 9 so its incredibly useful when it comes to organising who buys the toilet roll. Every time I've order I've received my delivery within 2 days and whenever I've had any queries they've been answered in good time. Would highly recommend, saves the pennies and the time!!

Very Responsive
Was initially worried because I never received a shipping confirmation and I was going away on holiday so needed the parcel urgently. After talking to them on Live Chat on their website they asked me to check my junk folder and I found the email which had been sent the day before saying my parcel would arrive the next day, which it did.

Missing items.
The package arrived in a tiny box, everything was shoved into it and I'm assuming that's why one of the items wasn't in there, there would have been no room. I emailed and told them about it, I received a reassuring email that I would be sent the item, but wasn't. Won't be ordering again, as nice as the email was I don't know if I could trust them again.
