I was introduced to this company years ago and their supplements are the only ones that I've stuck with over the last decade of the many I've tried. They just work and over the years I've introduced a handful of people to them who have all had great experiences except one.

The one person who didn't learned that she was extremely sensitive to fiber. Fortunately Unicity was quick to understand her concern and why she couldn't continue using the products and gave her a full refund. She was blown away and it made a big difference in my confidence of recommending more people

Bought into the business. Big mistake. The product does not work first of all if you follow the diet recommend recommendations while using the product if you would lose weight even if you weren’t not using the balance or the high fiber dinner supplement. Getting a refund is a real challenge do not trust this company it’s the same as many countless MLM. Scam.

As a retired RN, the thing that impressed me most about Unicity is the quality and consistency. I paid for Unicity Balance on the 15th Sept 2025;
Just re checked the delivery status and its gone from order pending to no order received, even though i have a receipt.

Still no product delivered.

Customer support unprofessional.
Somehow accused me of putting referral link on paid ads. Apparently people signed up. However, all my credit removed. Never posted my referral anywhere. Only legit referral to friends and family. They just did that to remove my 50$ from credit that I acquired over a year and also suspended my account which they unsuspended later on. They had no proof or anything horrible company I don't care about referral just disable it on my account but don't go accusing false information with no proof. Phone support next to nothing.

hi there, i used that product it has an amazing result as i stated it using before 3 month now i can see visible results and it makes correct all the problems of menstrual irregulating etc.

I hit their Snooze button for September rather than cancel but these crooks still charged me and shipped product i cant afford nearly 200.00 dollars a month. Now i have to pay for shipping to return and cant make my CAR Payment !

I have been hearing about this for a while now so I thought I'll try it once to see, I placed one time order and now I am charged monthly for subscription, also when I called to speak to someone at the customer service about this issue and the person on the phone was not helpful and very rude and disconnected my call whist I was talking to him.
This is a terrible product and I would like my money back. Also cancel subscription and I would appreciate if someone can contact me via email as this is extremely terrible customer service and very disappointed, is this how you treat your customers? I wish I never ordered it in the first place.

Order still never shipped. I emailed the email they have on shop app and of course no one replied back. Tried to dispute it on my cc but chase said business have 30 days to deliver so until then I have to wait it out for another week til I can dispute the charge.
