Absolutely amazing follow up customer…

Absolutely amazing follow up customer service, information and guidance on how to get the best out of our hob sensors used in 111 studios for student accommodation. I feel reassured as property manager now within the warranty period there will be follow ups, any issues will be addressed and the information provided allows me to better understand the installation, battery replacement and life expectancy of this product, John and Guy have gone over and above to ensure as a customer all our requirements have been met.

Very happy with purchase of a Unicook Airis for an elderly family member. The product arrived swiftly and has met my expectations. Electrician found the product easy to install.
