4 stars for the blinder and 2 stars because I did not received my hole order.
Even after I contacted them and they answered that it will be sent from another department after more then a week no signs from them and no refund.

I can see that the 3 fittings are being sent from another department, and they expect to ship them today d 11/8.

So I have contacted you with my missing order and I have waited for a week to hear something from your part that my problem is solved but nothing. How many people I have to contact in your company to fix YOUR mistake?
I know that mistakes can happen and I believe in second chances but instead of replying me to this message you should have fixed my problem (which by this time I still don't know anything about it if it's fixed or not).
So the solution is not to lecture me what I should have done but to send my missing parts once you know that I did not received them. It was a simple order not a rocket science.

Really sad experience with customer…
Really sad experience with customer service. Three weeks we waited for an appointment, then we got postponed last minute for another three weeks, then the person comes with a very low knowledge of products and processes and a very cold attitude, and although we made some orders for the products - dissapears for another 5 weeks. Haven't heard anything since. Extremely sad and angry for all that waisted time.

P.S. Uniggardin had this review deleted initially, because I couldn't provide the order number - when no order was placed, because no offer was done from their side in the first place. But I did find the order number in the mail, confirming the arrival of the consultant, so there is no way this review is going be ignored now. Here it is: 40736620

Update: I was completely wrong and their customer service is amazing. After I wrote this review, they contacted me and took all my curtains back to the factory. They removed the fabric and changed the pull mechanism to work with a chain. Very happy customer.

You need to be very careful ordering curtains from them. If you select black curtains, it’s easy to assume the entire assembly would be black. Not true. You need to change all parts to match black curtains you see in the picture. Additionally, we ordered some folding curtains and the hardware to open and close them is flimsy and nearly has broken in just two or three uses. Not at all what I would expect from the price and quality I’ve seen with lanel curtains. Overall, they’re good to have a large selection. Beware when you order they frequently won’t have the fabric long.. so if you order, you need to order everything. You want in a specific room/house all at the same time.

Bought a very expensive black out set with the promise of 100% sun light blocking. Was recommended to reduce the tight size of the window by 3cm on each side, resulting in a huge gap. The gap on top (between the attachments and cassette) is thick and light goes through. I wrote the customer service and never heard back. The overall quality is ok but it is not sold as promised and CS is bad.

My order was delivered to the wrong address twice. I had to spend 3 full days at home waiting for my package because of this. I also had to wait 1 week longer than anticipated.
The quality of the curtain is OK
