Alhamdulilah in 2019 I have performed Hajj with my mother, we had the best experience one could wish for. May ALLAH accept our Hajj and Dua, inshallah.

I recommend United Worldwide Travels because they are friendly, courteous and everything took place as they quoated.

Myself and on behalf of my mother would like to thank the whole team in United Worldwide Travels Ltd, especially Abdulqadir who carried himself with utmost Professionalism and Patience. May Allah reward them all.

The trip was segmented in few main phases, it started with an in-person presentation here in London, detailing in-depth step-by-step guidelines of our journey ahead.

We were placed in high-end Hotels both in Madinah and Mecca which also included small seminars in respective regions again defining our expectations in advance.

United world travel provided me with an unforgettable Hajj experience. The servives they provided was the upmost best. From the full board hotels we stayed in which was 15-20 mins away from the haram. As well as the other hotel whichnwas less than 5 mins away from Masjid Al Nabawi, which the company kindly took us to. I couldn't have asked for a better experience wallahi and in can confidently recommend United World Travel to my family and friends. I'd like to to thank the team who done their hajj with us and those who kindly helped us in their office. Your efforts do NOT go unnoticed. I wouldn’t recommend this company for hajj 1. The hotel in Mecca was a 30 minute walk from haram , in the heat it was hard to walk 30 minutes , especially if you have elderly parents with you
2.it was a cheap hotel where food standards of food were cheap too .
3. The sheiks left us and had no consideration for the women and were left behind on a number of occasions to make there own way back.
4.the Somali community were given preference at all times , better buses to travel on etc.
5. Overall if you are going for hajj make sure the food and hotels are near by otherwise it does become difficult to travel 5 times a day back and forth .

This umrah was a memorable experience. The hotel at makkah in Sheraton was great. The location and rooms were very good. The food that was available at the hotel was very tasty. The hotel in medinah at carol was in the perfect position right opposite the rawdah. The food at the restaurant was exceptional and the rooms were very comfortable. The overall location of both hotels were close to the haramain and within close proximity to the hotel.

The travel agency is very organised and kept us up to date and the flight and the travel to and from hotel.

If I was to go back to Saudi, United world Travel Is the agency I'm flying with!

This was my second umrah, on my first one I was living 20mins away from the Haram. However, on this occasion Sheraton was a 5 min walk and very close to the Haram. I really enjoyed my time at Sherton and personally would recommend people to go there. The services provided by the hotel was exceptional.

Coral hotel in Madinah was really close to the mosque and located in a very conveniant place. In summary I believe that United Worldwide Travel Ltd is a well run and organised agency. They made my trip one to remember and faciliated for us really well, May Allah bless them for their good work.

Wallahi if you want a beautiful hajj experience stay far away from this company.. they are more interested in your money. Unorganised, racist and full of shortcuts. Your limits would be tested fully to the point where it could jeopardise your hajj. It came to the point where ‘shiekh’ abdul razzak wouldn’t allow us to do tawaf on the bottom floor next to the ka3ba because of his ignorance, laziness and lack of coordination. This is the first ever review I ever made but wallahi its for your sake inshallah when I save up again I can go and have a proper experience with a different group.

It was a great hajj package according to the money we paid. We compere with other travels agency and find it very economy. As my believe they provided the service according to agreement we signed with them. Hotel in Medina was 4 star, in Azizia 0 star, and Mecca 5 star ( Pullman Zamzam just by the King Abdul Aziz get of Haram. ) According to agreement they provided half board meal. In Azizia some day they provided lunch as well, that was extra then our agreement.

Lecture given in Medina hotel, in buses in Mina tent by Shaike Abdur Razzak, Mustakim Ali and another person (I forgot his name).

Very good experience, very brotherly atmosphere, made very nice new friends/brothers whom I am still in contact with till now and I think without Allah and UWT I would have never met them.

This is the 2nd time i use this service and i really recommend it to anyone who is travelling. The second time my wife accompanied me and she loved the experience too and would also rate this service 5 stars. I also passed this onto my immediate family who also used this service and now it is the service which we use frequently. Overall this service is really good and promising.

Firstly, all praise is to Allah who gave me the opportunity to complete my Hajj in 2018.
Hajj is one of the greatest experiences I have ever had. It's truly an incredible journey.
I paid £4500 for my package with United Worldwide.
After my ticket was booked I started exploring and learning about the pilgrimage. I studied the rituals, and mentally started to prepare myself. I had no expectation of any services. As I know from the seerah of our prophets how they undertook Hajj. Back in the days people would travel to Saudi with a ferry, people would carry their own Animal for sacrifice. In comparison nowadays Hajj is luxury.
Firstly, we were in Madinah in a 4* hotel that was close to the haram. We were in Madinah the days before Hajj started, it was beautiful, there was less people and we had a beautiful time, Alhamdulilah. We went for Ziyarah as a group to Mount Uhud, Masjid Quba and Date Market. There were 4 buses, 1) English speaking 2) Arabic Speaking 3) Somali Speaking 4) Urdu Speaking and Bengali Speaking.There was a tour guide on each bus who explained where we were going and the history behind the place. It was great to see all these sights and have a choice of which bus we wanted to go on. This experience was accomodating for people from different backgrounds.
From Madinah to Makkah there were 5 buses everyone was allocated a bus with their own mahrams.
After we reached Makkah we were in Azizyah. In Azizyah, we were provided breakfast, lunch and dinner. ( Please note the apartments in Azizyah have no rating, before I went I did my research on what to expect and what to take with me)
From Azizyah we went to Mina and completed the days of Hajj. During the days of Hajj, breakfast, lunch and dinner were provided for by the Ministry of Hajj. Tea, coffee and water were plentiful.
After Hajj we moved to Pullman Zamzam in Makkah. This was a 5* hotel in the clock tower and breakfast and dinner was provided.

I think people who found Hajj difficult or complained alot are the ones who thought that this was a five star holiday. Hajj is not a five star holiday. Alhamdulilah, I had the opportunity to perform Umrah many times. I would advise people to go for Umrah if they can before performing Hajj. It will put your mind at ease.

The things that this organisation needs to improve on is better communication with the group, this will make things a lot easier for the Hajjis. Having said that i'm aware after speaking to many travel agents that alot of the things agents do not have control over. For example, the timing of the bus etc.

In my opinion I think alot of British people find it hard because they are accustomed to the time in the UK. For example, 9am in the UK means 9 am. As an avid traveller I am very familiar with customs in other countries. I am fully aware that alot of countries are not good with time keeping. I think this package was a great package for the price I paid. Alhamdulilah. I was happy that we went Madinah first and then after Hajj we were in Makkah. Both times were perfect in terms of the crowd.
I would like to say Jazakhallah to the team at United Worldwide, May Allah accept all your efforts and May Allah accept all the Hujjaj from past and present. I would also like to say that I'm a believer in constructive feedback, so I hope this feedback will allow the organisation to improve further.

Very disorganised management, zero communication from them throughout my 2018 Hajj... it was my first Hajj experience and the Sabr was tested to its limits..had to offer 2 Jummas in Aziziya as they brought us from Medina and left us with our Ihraam on in Aziziya ....
Only got to offer last Jumma in Haram when the management shift us from Aziziya to our Makkah accommodation after 16 days of horrendous service.

Assalaam aleikum brothers and sisters in Islam. I went to Hajj this year 2018 with United Worldwide Travel and the experience was very good Alhamdulillah . May Allah accept our Hajj, Amiin ya Allah. The staff, food and travel guide was on point. They offered to us what was on the contract ie 4 stars hotel in Madina near to haram and 5 stars hotel (Zamzam Pullman) which is inside haram.
And the money was reasonable for a VIP package compared to my friend who went a year before and he paid more. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to go to Hajj in shaa Allah.
As usual with over three or four million people in Makkah, there might be some delaying here or there which is to be expected as they have told us in the seminar before we went to Hajj. May Allah guide us to the right path. Amiin ya Allah

Overall terrible management and organisation , lack of communication. Felt like they didn’t care for us and our needs, were almost left alone and all the poeple were helilping each other out with problems instead of the company providing help. The services they promised us in england were not proveided or was not very good. Unlike all the other camps around us we were not givin religious talk during the day almost we felt the they just did the bare minimum. After a long and tiring journey from madina to makka there was no rooms organised for us to get some rest everyone was just running around trying to sort it out with no success . Left the ill and elderly with next to no help or rooms for them to reat when needed.

I must admit that the staff were great, the group was helpful . Little friction in relation to the amount of days I should have had in boulman zamzam near haram.
Otherwise everything else was good.
