They will never mug you off, prices are not stupid, materials even for lower budgets are top notch, workers are skilled (had some fitting issues in some rooms but they were thought through & worked around to a fabulous finish), clean (never leave behind that disgusting "man worked here" smell🤢🤮🤮) presentable and have excellent customer service skills. Never pushy in the showroom. Dont know why anyone would use anyone else. Fr.

Visited this store because I am looking to get vinyl flooring and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They were really friendly and approachable and helped me pick the perfect vinyl for me. They were very patient and went through all the options with me including for payment. I wish I had gone to them sooner. I would recommend this company to anyone, they are just excellent and the staff are very friendly at this derby store. They do not try to rip you off in anyway and give great advice. Visited store where the staff were chatty and helpful. Ordered a large piece of lino for the hallway, downstairs loo and porch area. Was fitted with no issues, all measurements correct. Happy with service.

Our carpet was delivered and fitted efficiently. We had to get the fitter back as it was a bit rippled near the doorway. The young man came and sorted it no bother. Happy with the result

Carpet to Wooden Floor
We've used United Carpets for years and had 90% of our house carpeted/ flooring layer by the company. The salesmen are very knowledgeable and so helpful and patient and they aren't pushy. You ask a question and they answer and will leave you to think about it. Never had a cancelled appointment once we've made our choice and the fitters are always lovely and boy do they know what they are doing. Very professional. I'd recommend United Carpeys to anyone.
