Swindlers.
They just debited £103 from my account, without telling me about the increase from the previous monthly charge of £97, which was bad enough.
Unacceptable to charge a UC claimant £100 a month for water they cannot even drink. Water meter or no water meter, this is a bog standard 2-bed residential flat, not a public swimming pool.
You can't just bill what you like without adequate justification. That's robbery.
Immediate refund, please. Also a callback without having to waste half the day on call centres.

I wanted to install a Water meter to save money on my annual water bill. Due to circumstances , they were unable to fit one. However due to personal circumstances, I qualified to be on a different tariff and got all the new paperwork for it before the 1st April. This was done within days. Great customer support, thanks.

Disgusting. My latest bill shows £194 in credit yet they carry on taking a direct debit for £33 each month. They must be making a lot of interest on customer's money that doesn't belong to them. It's shameful.

Please take a look at the job that you claims been fixed ive seen bad jobs before but this is on another level what as actually been done within the pavement its still got the block i wedged in so nobody would hurt themselves ive took a photo and a video of what ive been told thats now been comleted please take time to take another look ive no words for it because its the worst ive ever seen in my life nothing as been done at all except a small amount of magic tarmac around the perimiter of a breeze block that i wedged into the pavement so nobody could sue your company if anyone hurts themselves i will have all the evidence that anyone would need

After dealing with United utilities over a period of 25 years. I think I'm qualified to say how poor the customer service is & how bad the water supply is in all 5 addresses I've had in similar postcodes. The website needs an upgrade the call centres are horrendous the delays in responding are that bad that they'll pay you compensation because the employees know how rubbish everything is. I don't think I've ever dealt with a provider that's so incompetent. If we could move we would so would all of our neighbours. An absolute shambles whoever owns & runs it should be ashamed & embarrassed. They're not - they're in complete denial & couldn't care less. Even having the nerve to increase charges. Disgrace Dont bother replying with your AI / Bot copy pasted paragraphs because nothing ever gets resolved. Why should I repeatedly chase you ! ?

opperator was ok..but the company stinks..you can see how much water companys hold the public in contempt by walking down any waterway and observe condoms tampons and crap in low hanging tree branches..( in my case the Irwell) untill the ceo is in jail you will forever treat us costomers like muppets....so i hope you get the clap.
