Ordered coasters - damaged and poor quality

Ordered coasters, arrived damaged. The email addresses associated with the company don’t work.
Product also of low grade quality. Life’s too short to do battle like other reviewers so the coasters are just going in the bin. I wouldn’t recommend this company

Inept & dishonest. Avoid at all costs..

Ordered a Christmas gift on 2nd December. It was dispatched about a week later. As of the 20th of December it was still stuck in Germany and the tracking hasn't updated since.

Since after Christmas I have been contacting them asking for a refund and have been told to "be patient" or "wait a few more days". For what exactly? Christmas has been and gone.

As of now I have managed to get a refund on the postage but they are just refusing to refund the item. I have a case open with PayPal and only when I told them of this/PayPal told them of this did they email me offering to give me 20% of my money back and better shipping on a replacement, but only if I closed the case. Needless to say, this was rejected and the information passed on to PayPal. I have since had the same offer but the latest is a joke.

I have been offered either;
20% refund excluding shipping and a replacement OR 70% refund. They are refusing to accept any kind of responsibility for this and their email states "I am truly sorry for any inconvenience you may have had. However, I am afraid that we can not fulfill your requirement as this is not the mistake from our end. We did send the item to the provided email address and sent you a shipping confirmation email providing tracking information so that you can track and follow up your package. I hope you can understand that we are trying our best to assist you to rectify this within our responsibilities and capabilities.

After considering your situation thoroughly, we would like to provide the following options that you might prefer:
1. Replacement and refund: A 20% partial refund (shipping cost is not included) will be processed PLUS a free replacement will be sent to.
2. Partial refund: A 70% partial refund will be credited to your account (shipping cost is not included).

Please consider and let me know your choice."

The company 'Smart Shopping' who appear to manage this front for Unitiger are as guilty as they are. They have tried to pass the responsibility of chasing the courier/locating the packing to me at every available opportunity.

UPDATE: After sending the company 40+ emails and escalating each of their futile attempts to avoid issuing a refund to PayPal, PayPal have closed the case in my favor and issued a refund. Unitiger then sent the most generic "sorry" email I have ever read.

Domino Train

I bought a Domino Train for one of the Christmas presents for my grandson. It doesn't work. When I contacted them they claimed there was nothing that could be done because it was not returned within 14 days of delivery. This is legally rubbish as the goods supplied were defective.
I will not give up!

Ordered a Christmas present for my Grandson on 28th November - never arrived by 26th December and when I complained they said it had been lost - order again and use another address - eh??? Obviously will never use again…

Absolutely Atrocious Service

Honestly, I feel lied to and given the run around by this company.

I placed an order for two of their lovely looking puzzles as Christmas presents on November 16th 2022. I sent an email on the 28th November saying I hadn’t received my items and I was (next day, first thing) told to wait 10-20 days from date of correspondence (not from date of order) for the items to arrive and I was given a tracking number to follow as I was told my order was DEFINITELY on it’s way.

I emailed again on the 9th December saying I was worried because nothing was showing up under the tracking number and I received an email first thing again next working day saying that the courier has been contacted and that they were processing the item at their end but due to the Christmas period the couriers were VERY busy. I was then reassured that my item would be delivered VERY soon.

I was then contacted by the company unprompted on the 16th December asking to leave a review if the matter had been resolved and to contact them if it hadn’t prompting me to check the tracking again. It had updated on the courier’s website at this point saying my item had been picked up on the 15th December, the day before this email meaning the company’s support had lied to me for a month straight and apparently buried my order in the meantime.

It is December 19th now, I still don’t have my items with Christmas only 6 days away. I am more than livid with this company who has lied to me, palmed me off several times, had the cheek to request I don’t leave a bad review until I contacted them again and then just ignore me when I entertain that request. If my issue isn’t resolved by Christmas I will be taking this further.
