Recently purchased a new Alpha Romeo
Recently purchased a new Alpha Romeo from Unity Automotive in Cheltenham. From the first enquiry through to the point of sale we found all the staff friendly, helpful and communicative. In particular Mattia Corbett was excellent and his cheerful enthusiasm was great to be around and he made the experience of buying the car a pleasure. There was an issue where the numbers plates detached on the way home when we collected the car, however Unity dealt with this straight away, next day and sent a technician to fix this. My only suggestion to improve is that Unity should train their staff to be able to demonstrate the cars controls / features fully at the point of collection. Unity are a main, franchised dealer for multiple brands with various models however I would have expected them to demonstrate a little more knowledge at handover which would have been helpful.

Outstanding service from the team at Unity Tredington, Shipston-on-Stour.
I took my D-Max in for a service arriving at 8am. The team quickly booked me in and gave me a courtesy car for the day. The courtesy car was lovely to drive, and absolutely spotless with over 1/4 tank of fuel to get me to work quickly without having to stop.
I apologised to the gentleman that booked my vehicle in that I had not had time to clean it, but he was very understanding and said that he would have it cleaned for me - superb!
I received a call about 2pm that afternoon to inform me that my vehicle was ready for collection. I made my way there topping up the fuel on my way.
As promised, my car was spotlessly clean and serviced to a high standard.
This was a completely hassle free experience where I was met with employees who look like they enjoy working there and pride thelselves on providing a top class service. See you again in 12 months.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Giorgio for helping us get our dream car! The whole process was super easy, efficient, and completely hassle-free – and we had our brand-new car ready in just a week! Giorgio kept me updated every step of the way and made the entire experience an absolute pleasure. I’d highly recommend him (and Unity) to any of my family and friends, and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.
Avoid Unity Treddington.
Unfortunately I have had an awful experience with unity Treddington. I dealt with the sales manager after dealing with Ash, Ash was great but he went on holiday and it all went down hill from there.
I was handed over a car that hadn’t been checked over clearly as it run out of ad blue and screen wash in the first 50 miles, it had no hand books or document wallet I was also informed it had a spare wheel , but it turned out it never did. It also had a fault so the blind spot radars didn’t work, when I managed to pin them down to actually look into it they told me it had the incorrect brackets fitted, another fault that should have been picked up. The sales manager Jonny was constantly on the phone to me before purchase, do you think that was the case after the sale, Always excuses? No contact and just everyone else’s fault.
It’s a real shame but his customer service is nil, so if you are considering buying from Unity Treddington I would honestly look at how they solve problems and faults, they don’t ! Once they have your money no cares given.
51k for a vehicle with faults from day 1.
Now I am having to take legal action due to the really bad attitude towards customer when the faults and problems have all been because of the poor inspections and prep prior to handover.
Problem solved with a professional attitude
Recently had my 2012 Grand Cherokee Jeep looked at by Unity Automotive Oxford.
My initial contact with the garage was less than satisfactory. However Rick, the manager of the dealership stepped up and sorted the outstanding issues.
I couldn't be happier with the resolution of my issues and would not hesitate to recommend the Kidlington dealership under his stewardship.
We had a great experience at Unity…
We had a great experience at Unity Cheltenham buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mark and Mattia were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the vehicles they had. We had a terrific test drive, without any sense of feeling pressured to buy. The car is great and the price was very reasonable.
They also had some really cool Dodge Rams and Wildcats that they were very happy to demonstrate.
Unity Tredington - poor sales, expensive service.
This is in regards to Unity Tredington.
My mother recently spent £1,400 on a service with Unity Tredington. The most expensive service I've ever seen of any car - but they assured her everything they were doing was necessary. Okay.
The car had done 50 miles (since the service) when my mother died. I contacted Unity Tredington to see if they wanted to buy it (they had serviced it whilst my mother owned it). I didn't hear back. I called again. I was assured the right person (currently in a customer handover) would call me right back. No call back. I contacted them via their online form. No contact. I called again (4th time) - no call back.
So...poor customer service. Wouldn't buy from them and I'd be careful on the service costs.
stay clear
I own a jeep grand Cherokee. had a problem with the air suspension in January 2025 so took it to unity Coventry as I have used them for many years and never a problem. they had my car for 8 weeks only to find when I picked it up it was not right spoke to the service manager about it he's words to me was it needs to bed in. unhappy with is answer I left with car only to find now the suspension was going down over night phoned unity again so eventually they had my car back in which they had for another 3 weeks return to pick up the car again reported it not being right now this is 11 weeks and of a cost of around £7000 plus thank god for the RAC warranty as they put the bulk of the bill the car is still not right but I will not ever take it back to unity Coventry. we are pensioners and we live about 45 miles away and when we asked for a courtesy car we was told no we don't lend them out for that long. so if you have a jeep and it breaks down I would advise don't use unity Coventry 😒

Bought a brand new MG4 from MG Unity Coventry. A year later during a service I'm told I'm missing the air inflation kit... I didn't know I was supposed to have one. Contacted MG Unity Coventry about it, but they haven't returned my call. I'm now going to have to buy the kit which should have come with my car according to another dealership.

A really great service received by Jeep unity automotive, took my Jeep in for a fault which was rectified along with some outstanding recalls that i was unaware of. Also a very nice modern courtesy car for a great price per day, I will definitely be returning.

Bought a Ford Kuga with automatic transmission in. Transmission burst before 1 year an less than 8000 miles , During service it revealed that it had same problem previously. It was very costly repair. Customer should be informed clearly about car's condition. Seems they intended to get rid of car by selling it in dishonest way.
Stuart has superb knowledge of the…
Stuart has superb knowledge of the industry with his experience very evident as soon as we engaged in conversation.
EV technology is very new to myself and my spouse but he was able to explain all of the most salient features very clearly as well as describe to us what to anticipate as unfamiliar on the test drive ahead of us.
After a very successful test drive experience on our return to the garage I was delighted that Stuart had taken on board the items of specification of most interest to us & was able to quickly identify a vehicle that ticked all of our boxes.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend friends and family to contact Stuart as I know he would provide them with outstanding guidance and customer service in their search for a vehicle most suited to their needs.
I bought my Fiat 500e from Unity…
I bought my Fiat 500e from Unity Automotive in Leicester, happy with the car. The service from Unity was OK then very poor, they delivered the car, good price. I asked specifically if I could control the car's systems by an app - they said 'yes' - so I bought the car, happy in the knowledge that I could put on the heating when I was at work or on a frosty morning in advance of getting in the car. Tom at Unity has been particularity poor, not effective in dealing with the fact that my car does not seem to be able to use the app, and refuses to phone me, even when he 'will get back in touch tomorrow'. I have now phoned him several times, the person taking the call says 'he'll phone you back straight away'. He has never phoned me back! I bought a car which now does not live up to what I expected and Unity are useless. They should be better, it would not take much just to communicate, even if they have sold me a pup!

Outstanding customer service from Freddie at Unity Leicester!
Freddie at Unity Leicester could not have been more helpful! From first visiting the showroom to collecting the Abarth 695 Turismo was just a week. He kept us informed of the progress of our purchase at every stage & was not pushy at all. Thank you Freddie, great car & outstanding customer service!

James when helpfull I made the booking and I also received a curtesy call the day before my car was booked in. Very Happy with the service I received and my car was ready in a hour and a half. A full inspection was done and it was also washed for me. I am happy with the service I received
Rejected car
We bought a Fiat 500E online after receiving a video from the Oxford Fiat main dealership showing a lovely condition, low mileage car.
We collected this vehicle from the forecourt of the showroom, even though it was raining heavily. We had the car cleaned when we got home & noticed damage. We sent them a video of the damaged areas that we could see, which they said they had been unaware of.
We took the car to our local insurance approved Fiat main dealership bodyshop, on their advice, who advised that there was damage that had been badly repaired. They quoted a repair bill which was not far off £2k. We do not understand why the problems with this car were not noticed by a Fiat main dealership before it was sold to us.
Throughout this whole process, it has been nigh on impossible to speak to the person who sold this car to us. We are busy people, but our calls have been ignored on multiple occasions. We had to send multiple emails.
After speaking to Citizens Advice we eventually asked for a refund, as according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the car we received should have been as described and should have been of satisfactory quality. We were able to meet the criteria for the 'short term right to reject', which is 30 days.
We took a day off work so that the car could be collected by them. We were refunded our deposit before collection. The car was part financed, and the dealership had advised us that the finance was cancelled. This was not the case, the direct debit was still due to be taken from our bank account.
We are back to square one with no car. We had asked for reasonable costs to be reimbursed to us and the Director of Unity Automotive has covered £100 of the costs we have incurred due to their selling us a damaged repaired car that needed further repair. This does not cover all our costs, nor our inconvenience and stress, but we wish to move on. We have also had no choice but to rent a car for two weeks with the hope we can source another car in that time, more expense :( The finance agreement was finally cancelled.
Thank you
I want to say a huge thank you to the service team at Balsall Common. I bought an 9 year old XV from another dealer & it had a number of faults, but the team at Unity have rectified them all quickly & affordably. Thank you for your great customer service.
Excellent
Stuart Wood. Fantastic Sales and his colleagues were equally helpful when he was away. We wouldn't hesitate to use this dealership in the future even though we are over 100 miles away. Thank you!
Just brought my new Jeep
Just brought my new Jeep, great service, welcoming staff.Freddy was fantastic, very helpful and understanding, at no time did I feel pressured. Thank you, I love my new car!
