Some people need to be fired

Right so what went wrong this time I ordered my packages and the first time the package got there the second time package got there my address changed and my packages started to not come they started reporting that the business was closed or the reception was closed I'm from office was closed but it's funny because my reception area is 24/7 and a staffed 24/7 so then I get a delivery some items and then I ordered some shoes and the shoes get delivered but never make it the driver reports that the office was closed reception was closed so he returned the package back so I requested a second delivery and the second delivery driver reported that the address didn't exist and that he couldn't deliver my package cuz I gave the wrong address but the funny part two days later they delivered another package and clipped it to the clip on my front door so whoever this driver is is a liar and he's not delivering people's packages and things should be fired because how are you going to report that address is invalid and your same company is making and completing deliveries to that same address that you're reporting doesn't exist

Package left on the grass eight feet from the road

For the second time package left eight feet from the road at the end of my driveway on the grass, 500 feet from my house, For anyone driving on the road to see and potentially take. Customer service informed Me that was an acceptable place to leave it. If u could give 0 stars I would. Worst delivery company in existence.

This company claims to have made a…

This company claims to have made a delivery attempt, while in fact they have not. This seems to be the new scam in the delivery business. So they have my package, which I have paid for, and they are making it impossible for me to get it. They will subsequently sell these undelivered packages and that's how they are making their money.

I am very disappointed with the delivery service of this company. My package has still not been delivered, even after a long wait. There has been no clear update or proper communication about the delay.
The tracking system is not helpful, and I could not get a clear answer from customer service. This has caused me a lot of inconvenience and frustration.
I expected a reliable service, but this experience has been very poor. The company should improve its delivery system, provide accurate tracking information, and respond quickly to customers. Right now, the service is not trustworthy and needs serious improvement.

Too much delay and confusion

I paid for expedited shipping as I needed my package before a trip, but did not get any delivery notice until 6 days after the package shipped, while I was already out of town. All in one day, within a few hours of each other, I got an out for delivery notice, missed delivery notice, and then multiple failed delivery attempts/package being returned to warehouse.

I tried to submit multiple support tickets via the website’s chatbot, mainly to update my delivery instructions and gate code (the reason why the delivery failed was not given) but all I got were automated, unhelpful responses. I called the support number a few times during business hours, but got a message saying they were closed. I finally reached a real person and he said that if my package didn’t arrive in the next 3 days, to contact them again.

My package hadn’t arrived by the third day (yesterday), I called the number again, and an automated voice said wait 10 business days for redelivery. Thankfully, my package did arrive safely and intact this morning, much to my surprise.

Overall, I would try to avoid Uni Uni in the future. There was too much delay (considering I paid for faster shipping) and lack of clarity on actual delivery time. I am sure that Uni Uni sometimes does a good job, but I’d rather not take the chance, especially now after seeing all the other reviews across the internet. This was my first experience with a gig package delivery service and from now on, I’ll try to only order things online when they are shipped by the major carriers, with whom I have basically never had issues like this.

The worst shipping service I've ever had to deal with

This was my first (and hopefully my last) experience with UniUni. I wish you could give negative stars because they don't even deserve one. I bought an inexpensive module mount for my Roland drum set on eBay. These mounts aren't anything special, but they're hard to find, so unfortunately, most of them can only be found in Japan.

I've had camera lenses from Japan arrive with no issues, so I figured it would be ok. All of the shipping within Japan seems to have gone fine, from what I can tell, but once UniUni got a hold of it, it all went downhill. On 4/8/26, I got a notification that a package delivery from UniUni (UUS6421260468749735) was arriving that day.

It was one of the days that I had to be physically in the office, but I figured it's a low cost unit, it'll probably be fine on my doorstep for a few hours. I've had no issues with deliveries in the past.

Keep in mind I've had international deliveries from Japan, China, from DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx and in many different tiers of shipping and no one has had issues delivering to my address.

Later in the afternoon, I received a notice saying that the delivery attempt failed. I was a little surprised but I figured I'd just work from home the next day (on 4/9/26) to be there to receive it. Maybe there was a reason I had to sign for it? Anyway, I not only worked from home on 4/9/26, but I called UniUni to clear up any potential issues.

The first representative was nice enough and seemed professional. He asked if there was any security code or anything they needed. He had no idea why they couldn't deliver - I guess the driver doesn't need to submit any reason. I said no, but that the number on my door says 4203 and the delivery unit is 203, but that I've always kept it 203 as that's what USPS suggests and as I mentioned before, it's never been a problem and I probably order delivery more than most.

The only times I use 4203 is for food delivery but I told him to let the driver know and I gave him my phone number to have the driver call in case he needs further information and failing that, he could just drop it off at the leasing office. It's pretty apparent that it's a mult-dwelling unit and the leasing office is prominently in the front of the entrance. At this point, the rep told me to expect a re-delivery attempt within the next 24-48 hours but he couldn't confirm it was going to be that day (4/9/26). Their webpage tracking didn't even say it was out for delivery that morning like it did on 4/8.

A few hours go by and I call back to get confirmation on a date because at that point, I was fairly convinced they would try today (4/10/26) instead. As soon as I called, the second representative, who was kind of hard to understand and seemingly a little more apathetic just said they failed to deliver again. I told her that I had been home all day and no one knocked on my door or called and no one from my leasing office said anything arrived. She didn't give me an option to pick it up - she just said it's going back to the warehouse and that the public wasn't allowed there.

Ok... again, this is all new to me as I've dealt with pretty much all of the shipping companies at this point in my life and never any as non-communicative and with the least number of options. I have no idea if I'm ever going to receive this item, but I contacted the seller and offered to send more funds for another courier if he needs to re-deliver using another service but that UniUni is the weirdest and most incompetent service I've ever experienced and that if they saved a few bucks using their service, that it wasn't worth it.

This seller has over 12,000 transactions and 100% feedback, but I have no idea how they've maintained that using UniUni.

This is THE WORST delivery company EVER. They outright lie, stating they attempted to deliver packages on multiple days. I work from home and always available for deliveries. Also have cameras. NO ONE tried to deliver. Do not use this company, their reviews are pathetic!!

Incorrect Address/Attempted Delivery Scam

Ordered a package on 4/2. Expected to arrive 4/6-4/7. Was said to be out for delivery on 4/4 but never arrived. On 4/6 it was an attempted delivery but sent to the wrong address. The next day same message. Attempted delivery. It’s 4/9 and no sign of packed and everyday just says attempted delivery. I know i sent the right address because i ordered other item in that order but they had different shipping companies and all my packages arrived on time. Except for the one through UniUni. Diabolical company that needs to be shit down.

Absolutely horrible delivery service

Absolutely horrible delivery service. I paid for 3-5 day shipping and I never received my package. Each time it said it was out for delivery it would claim the delivery failed but wouldn't tell me why. I double checked my address and everything was correct. When I FINALLY managed to get a support representative on the phone, she had absolutely no idea why it wasn't being delivered and basically told me she didn't know and hung up on me. This is insanely unprofessional and I can't understand how a delivery service fails to deliver packages three times in a row.
