I will just say the same thing everyone else is saying, the company says that they attempted delivery several times, NOT TRUE. Now they are saying the package was delivered and it most certainly was not, been here all day, no delivery. Customer service is non-existent.

Faking delivery evidence

My package was left on the floor in the front entry hall. The package literally was stolen and all because the person delivering it was too lazy to put it in the mail slot which was seen in the picture. "Not far from the mailbox." Yet not even close. Might as well have left it on the sidewalk in the street. I want to add a pictur to show what the delivery person did just so you know how bad the service is.
Worst EVER
As others have suggested I'd give them no stars if I could. They didn't deliver my package to my door. They took all the packages for my complex and dumped them at the front door of the office, that does not accept packages, took a picture and left. Someone stole my package and several others. They were too lazy to leave it at my door. I will never order from a company that uses them again.
3 orders from 3 companies, all missing
I've unfortunately had orders from Everlane, Madewell and Pura that use Uniuni and all three had gotten lost. No oenee from Uniuni picks up or helps at all, the orders are just *poof* gone. I wont be ordering from any company that uses this shipping service moving forward. Horrible service.
Unprofessional customer support and lazy delivery drivers.
Parcel boxes out of order so delivery driver just sends it back to warehouse. Apt is 50ft away from boxes. Contacted support, they said within 24-48 hours they would redeliver. That did not happen. I am now being ignored by customer support and have no idea how to get my 2 packages.
Non Existent ServiceI
I have had four separate items not delivered by this company. The message is always the same, due to weather related delays. We are in Yuma Arizona! Plus, even if the weather delay occurred, there is still no delivery. Customer service is all online AI generated with nothing but sweetness and blue bird answers. When I have spoken to a person, there was still no action taken to find the item, deliver the item or return it to the seller.

Would rate less than one if possible. Was told my package was delivered, however pictures were not of me or my home. However, details were enough I was able to go to property where it was delivered and speak to owner. He showed me his package was delivered there not mine. Now they are refusing to give me a certificate of non delivery so I can get a refund.
how is this company even in business?
I bought couple of items from aliexpress and they said that they were gonna deliver it today. so i stayed home all day near my door with my phone and what do you know, not only did it say a failed deilvery attempt was made, but a "multiple" failed delivery attempt. this company is trash. people are lazy, they steal, they scam, they work for free money. im going to start buying items after checking to see if its not being delivered by Uniuni.
UniUni a Terrible Company
So, I just came in contact with this company because currently they have a package of mine- that is taking way too long to be delivered.
Sadly, all of the reviews I have read seem to becoming true.
I paid for a local package at Shein, which means you are supposed to be getting your items locally and the shipping is much faster- mind you is in the United States. This company got involved and the package is taking longer than usual. They put up false and inaccurate tracking information such as a package whereabouts. This company is proving to be garbage. I promise you, if I see any more of my Shein packages being delivered by them- I'm going to cancel the order.
You would think that Shein would be mindful, that if a company has massive bad reviews, you don't hand over your customers packages to them.
These people are not going to be around long because the service is absolutely terrible!😠

Absolutely the worst. There has been no update to when or even where my package is right now. Been waiting for an update for 10 days to see where it's at. Went to use the "support ticket" and it fails to send. Really, really bad service.

I have had several packages "delivered" by this company now. They are horrendous. Their "tracking" doesn't send update notifications, so you have to constantly check the status yourself.
One package was left at a neighbors house. Thankfully their "delivery confirmation photos" had enough identifying info that I could find my package myself.
Another package got flagged as "incorrect address", which couldn't be correct as its the same address I always use. When I contacted customer support, 3 times over 2 weeks I got told they were scheduling a redelivey. My package never left their warehouse according to their tracking. It never even updated to show redelivey scheduled. So their customer support just straight lied.

HORRIBLE
Simply put, they SUCK. I ordered product from companies based in Europe and the USA, and as of January 2026 the European based company stopped using UniUni as a delivery service after I (and probably many others) complained. I am in the USA and have had 3 experiences with UniUni.
First experience, they lost the first package, the company sent a second, that package was “undeliverable”, I submitted a ticket via phone call, received the package damaged. Luckily the product was still in tact.
Second experience, the package was “undeliverable”, I submitted a ticket via website (their phone service kept hanging up on me), and I luckily received the package in tact.
Third and current experience, it has been awful and I am never buying from this company again, since they continue to work with UniUni. UniUni lost my first package, the company sent out another. The second package has already had TWO delivery attempts with an “Undeliverable” status, and I had to use the AI chat bot to even submit those because the phone service hung up on me and their website ticket service kept giving me errors. I just contacted the company I made the purchase from and told them to keep their product; I am attempting a refund.
I have no idea how this company keeps getting investments to expand, but I have always received my parcels even from Door Dash on time and undamaged. This company hires the worst people and if they do not wish to attempt delivery in my area, then they need to at least refuse to service my area. I will avoid any company that uses them. My advice is to complain to the companies you make purchases from directly; some of them may listen to you and stop using UniUni.
They delivered to the wrong address
They delivered to the wrong address, I called them and they never pick up on top of that they said they where going to refund the money never did I wrote to them again so it’s been 3 month and nothing I love doing online shopping for Zara but they shouldn’t work with that carrier.

 This company sucks I would see if you’re getting a package delivered from them cancel your order. They have the wrong address. I had a missed delivery. I’m waiting for a delivery and now that it’s finally on its way. It’s still the wrong address after I updated it when I asked for a refund I get told to wait for the delivery. I don’t even know how this place is in business.

This company continues to lie to retailers and customers. They will do whatever they want with your packages, make you wait weeks, then tell you to request a refund from the retailer. I have notified Temu, Shein and Ali that I will no longer buy from them until they stop using Uni. Absolute morons at every step of the way with this 'company'. Anyone who's had their packages hijacked by these thieves needs to take a stand and tell retailers that they have lost your business. Trash thieves liars and scammers EVERY SINGLE TIME.

This company has no interest in improving. They are fundamentally dishonest. They will take your money and not deliver your order. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges.
