An institutional body of mediocre people

While I passed the initial screening, I was later informed that my application was not a fit for their program. With a GPA of 8.5/10 (four-year diploma with 240 credits) and 4.4/5 (two-year master’s degree fully taught in English), not to mention my fluent command of both English and Italian, my application was rejected with the justification that my academic preparation was not a fit for their institution.

I know the Italian academic bureaucracy, the laws, and all the rest of that nonsense. I know that, due to politics and a corrupt state and society, they are no longer able to distinguish what truly constitutes value in education and science. I am sorry that I had to review their Italian colleague at Harvard, whose paper was honestly mediocre. This already demonstrates their lack of transparency and open-mindedness and only reinforces my conviction that, apart from propaganda, Ca' Foscari di Venezia is not a good fit for my preparation.

I do not recommend this institution to serious A-grade students. They will simply take your money without caring about your hard work or your life goals.
