I sent this to my granddaughter for a Christmas gift. The entire family has enjoyed the gift boxes, they've all tried the snacks and had fun with tasting and learning about the countries with each box. It turned out to be a favorite of everyone!

I appreciate trying new and interesting treats from around the world. There have been some delicious snacks and confectionaries from countries I will likely never visit and many that are in my bucket list. Sometimes, though, there are some that just miss the mark and I do not find appealing at all. It is fun to explore them. I would like to be able to have some choice in what is arriving. If I have an aversion to certain flavors, the item is likely going to be discarded and I feel I would have liked another choice.

We have really enjoyed getting snacks from different countries. We look forward to it each month. Love that it includes chip like food, cracker and several types of sweets. Learning about that country has been very fun. We tell others about it all the time. What a great idea you developed!!

We love Universal Yums! We open our box as a family during a family night, and we share the nibbles and our thoughts about each one. We listen to music from that country while we eat, and we have a great time!

I purchased a subscription for my husband for Christmas. A bonus for me too. We look forward to getting this box. We get to try things we won't normally try. Not all snacks are a hit, each box usually has a couple of good things. One box we loved everything. We enjoy global food now we get to try global snacks easily. Love it. Also love that they are in New Jersey!

Got this as a gift for a picky sibling… And it quickly became the family’s favorite activity! The snacks are a great mix of sweet and savory, candy and chips, breads and desserts, and has definitely opened our eyes to trying new flavor combos we might not have thought would be good! Their picks are right on the money… In our past six boxes, we have had maybe two items that we thought were “good” but not “excellent”… The rest were perfect! The booklet that comes with the boxes also has a lot of information on the different countries, which includes cool facts and small activities to do, as well as some background on some of the snacks! This started off as a Christmas-present… Then got extended to a birthday present (by demand!)… And then got extended to our other sibling’s birthday (also by demand!!)… Something tells me we’re going to be traveling quite a bit!

I got this subscription to share with my 7 year old grandson. My son and his wife join us. We love it. It's exciting as we wait each month for our box to arrive. It's an adventure for us as we try each item in the boxes we receive. Thanks you Universal Yums for providing us another opportunity to enjoy our time together.

I originally purchased the subscription back in December as a unique gift idea. My hubby and I fell in love with it and started keeping the boxes for ourselves :-) now we are considering purchasing it for our grandkids because we think they will enjoy learning about world culture. I feel like the boxes have a little bit of some thing for everyone!

I've really been enjoying trying snacks and treats from across the world with this subscription service! I love that there's a bit of variety in each package so you don't only get chocolate, or just chips, etc, and there have been a lot of new favorites that I've discovered through Universal Yums! Items always arrive in perfect condition as well.
My only complaint/ suggestion- I wish we were able to list things we really don't like or can't have (spicy food for example) as there have been a few boxes with a plethora of spicy things I can't enjoy.

It is a wonderful surprise to get a new box each month. My husband and I live in a rural area and have no access to the different treats you get in a box. Also the company customer service is top notch handling any issue should one arise.

We LOVE Universal Yums. Every month, our family has so much fun, enjoying the snacks and learning about the different cultures around the world. I could not think of a more fun way to introduce cultural openness and curiosity in our son. Thank you so much for making this happen!

My coworkers and I are enjoying trying all of the different Yum boxes. We look forward to it each month. We have discovered some cool food items from around the world. It is fun to see which ones we like best. Sometimes we agree and sometimes we differ greatly. So fun.

It’s a fun way to have a family activity and learn trivia and eat fun snacks. It’s been pretty interesting so far. One downfall is the chocolate being melted and nothing we asked for was available for replacement so the credit given was measly compared to the actual cost of the boxes. I’m guessing they won’t ship anything else in the hot weather. Last box was not good and mostly all chips and cookies that were not to our liking so most got pitched out. We have gotten some good boxes though.

We bought this as a Christmas gift to do as a family, it is so fun to enjoy the snacks and trivia while learning all about the area it’s from! My kids look forward to it every month and have started to invite friends to join us. If you’re on the fence about joining I say take that step and join you won’t regret it!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. My partner and I look forward to the box every month. We also guess what country of the month it is due to the exciting anticipation (I cheat because I’m the one with the email subscription). These aren’t just snacks in a box, it’s an experience through-and-through, from the packaging, the booklet, stickers and wonderful snacks we get to try. It’s also great for when we travel, we’ll know exactly what to get and stock up on. I’ve recommended this box to everyone I know and encourage anyone reading this to give it a try!

Our teens look forward to this every month when it arrives in the mail! It’s something they/we pause and do together despite being so busy with all their various activities. It comes with a fun info card and map, and a packet about the foods and culture so they can learn a bit about the country. It’s neat for them to try some new flavors and hear about places different from their own. I like that it’s a chance to connect in the midst of all the crazy schedules.

We love the boxes! It is always fun to see what the next one will bring. Highly recommend!!

I gave this as a Christmas gift to my kids, but all of us enjoy opening each month’s box. It’s something we look forward to, and do, as a family. Only once has our box been missing one of the listed snacks. I do wish there were two packs of the smaller items since we often have to divide the snacks between four of us. Also, it would be great if there were countries from Central and South America represented some months. So far, the majority of boxes are European countries. Overall, it’s been a favorite Christmas gift to my family!
