The staff is great in assisting when need, the automated door system is great. This space is something that i thought I didn't need until I started using it. Game changer for any small or start up business owner.

This is undoubtedly Woodlawn's best-kept secret! We hosted our Years of Service Staff Luncheon in one of the event spaces at the Woodlawn location on July 15, 2025, and everything was top-notch. From the excellent customer service leading up to the event to the assistance with packing up and getting everything back to my car afterward, Raja was absolutely amazing. The space was perfect for our event, and the price was even better. We will definitely be returning! If you're looking for a co-working space for your small business, this is the place to go. They have everything you need. They also have a facility in Homewood. Get in touch with them and check it out—you'll thank me later!

I have hosted meetings and have been a participant in meetings at University CoWork, also use the space as a member. Every contact with staff and other members have been very pleasant and quite professional. The staff go above and beyond to ensure all reasonable needs and expectations. I highly recommend this space.

University Co-Work is a clean, professional space with everything you need — fast Wi-Fi, comfortable seating, and great amenities. The staff is friendly and supportive, and the free parking is a big plus. It’s a perfect spot for working, meetings, or hosting classes. Highly recommend!

I’ve held many events and meetings there and the beautiful design of the space wows clients before we even speak with them! Highly recommend checking out! I am at the Chicago office. I absolutely love being able to have an office here. My clients love it. Always clean and professional staff. Neighborhood is good. Great parking. Access 24/7. Also when I don’t want to be in my office I can book a bigger room for my clients. If you are looking an office this is the spot. Raja is also the Bomb and always available.

University Cowork has been an amazing space for my tutoring company for the last 3 years. I have the 24-7 Flex-Membership and virtual office. The space is clean and most of the members are friendly and share the space well. The water, snacks, and printer access are also very convenient and appreciated.

I honestly feel that the space has improved with having the consistent office manager, Raja, who understands each of the needs of the members and business. He is very responsive to any request or question I have. He lets me know in advance if there will be events in the main space, so that I can plan ahead. He is also kind to my clients, making them feel welcome when they enter the space.

Another added bonus, especially in Chicago, is that there is always parking for my clients and me.
