Be aware of this: Totally unacceptable manner to have your deposit refunded

Be aware that when you book an appointment you have to pay a deposit for the full amount of the treatment and when they cancel your appointment they will not refund your payment. In order to have your payment refunded you will have to write an email to them and then fill out a lengthy form to request your refund. Totally unacceptable ! Your payment should be refunded immediately and without any hassle considering that they have created the problem!
