I tried to contact this other company without any reply. Eventually, my previous landlord shared with me some post sent by Universum Inkasso. And I could make the payment with interest.

DB's good accomplice (debt collection agency) to make money
Due to the unclear cancellation of the DB card, I started to receive the reciept with 62e in January. Today I got another letter from Universum inkasso GmbH with the 92 euros. Wow! one month costs over 30 euros fine. What a good DBs accomplice! DB and Universum inkasso band together using unclear terms to take advantage of ordinary consumers, they really played a clever trick. One made actions, another cleaned the yard. I never met this disgusting cooperation!

Just try to avoid them
Universum Inkasso demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy throughout my entire experience. Despite multiple attempts to clarify the legitimacy of the demanded transaction, my concerns were repeatedly ignored. Communication was non-existent at best—every inquiry met with silence, leaving me feeling dismissed and disrespected. In the end, I reluctantly paid the full amount simply to end this painful ordeal. I sincerely hope I never have the misfortune of dealing with such an unresponsive and unapologetically unhelpful organization again.

World's most worst and unethical service
The most worst service I have ever seen in my life.
For the File number: 60325808-0, I have raised them a question and they took their own happy, relaxed cake time to give me an aswer.
For my surpirse after 6 months, they have sent me additional charges for the sweet time they took me to answer.
Its just unethical to chage some one for every day interest for the delay that the universum inkasso GmbH is making without a valid reason.

Hi i used DB for 1 month in june and canx as i left the country after the euros .now universial send a threatening letter for 100e ,i have replied back to see what can be resolved but nodody has repsonded,should i call thm,this is really bad service
