I placed nearly a 1500 order with this…

I placed nearly a 1500 order with this company. Shipping was timely, which was nice. I received the items and 3 of the 15 pairs of shoes I ordered were beat beyond belief. I emailed support in order to get some replacement boxes and I would return the messed up boxes instead of demanding a return of the shoes altogether, and after almost two weeks, I have heard absolutely nothing back. I'm considering filing a dispute so I'm able to be rid of the order entirely and give my money to another business because the same prices can be found elsewhere. Companies like this are why I continue to stand behind Nike's decision to no longer do business with small companies. I hope their Nike contract is terminated soon.
