A huge scam

I requested the unlocking of an apple watch 6 months ago, order number FHLSH3GQHDX7. Of course I had to pay once 19.99, then once 30, and one last time 49.99. Each time they are certain that they will unlock it, I should have stopped from the start, but I had started to pay and they said that they were not refunding ... In short, my watch is not not unlocked, I have no news, run away from this site at all costs.

STAY CLEAR

STAY CLEAR! I paid them several payments because they told me they guarantee me if I pay them more money they will unlock my phone. I paid them over £100. I waited four months for them to unlock it. They never unlocked my phone, deleted my order and refused to give me a refund. This is a big con. Please stay clear. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Called about 10 times received 10 different emails. I sent all required information including original purchase invoice and they refused unlocking the phone without explaining the reasons why and without wanting to transfert me to the verification departement.. Worst service ever received... Took 1 month 1/2 to get that refusal...

My 92 year old Dad passed away over 3…

My 92 year old Dad passed away over 3 years ago. He spent the last 2 years of his life absolutely hooked on his iPad. I have now, as time has gone by, feel that I would like to use it. Unfortunately his log in and password do not seem to be valid now. I had a 'chat' with Apple and they arranged for me to have a call back. I have to say that the operators were very polite. They asked for the serial number, which I gave and then said as long as I still had the original receipt they could unlock it. Of course I don't have the receipt. I was on the phone for over an hour and they said if I provided a death certificate, they 'might' be able to help. So I got the certificate, took a photo and sent it. This was no good as it wasn't the border of the certificate. It took me ages to do. I took another photo and this one was blurred on the right hand side. I find this absolutely unbelievable and very upsetting. The said iPad is now going to go in the bin and I will go out and buy myself another brand. What a complete waste. My dear Dad would be appalled. We are simply talking about me using an iPad for browsing and emails, nothing else. If this was an android appliance, there would be none of this.

SCAM

SCAM. Firstly claimed that you can unlock your phone from £19.99
Then they email to say, that you have pre ordered there service.
Pay another £50, after a few days, they will email you to say your I cloud is activated as lost or stolen, which they cannot unlock. They will offer you a voucher, and there premium unlock service that can unlock it, that will be available after a few days, then they will email to say premium service is available and that you need to pay another £49.99, which includes your voucher.
Seems like all these guys do is SCAM you and keep wanting payments for doing absolutely nothing

I paid for the unlock and within the next few days I kept getting emails saying they noticed I left the site without unlocking my phone and giving me codes to get discounts. I already paid! Now they will not respond to my help desk tickets. I think they just took my money.

The business is a joke

They charged me $29.99 for membership but I couldn't unlock any of my old phones. Next day I ask for refund. No answer. I keep creating tickets in their system using my account, they get deleted!! No responses on e-mail, on-line tickets system is ignoring all the tickets, no way to call them.

For all the phones you enter the IMEI their system guarantees the unlock. After you pay the membership you can't unlock anything.
I will keep posting this review on Trustpilot and other review sites over the net until I get the refund.
