One star because it is req. They deserve NONE. I odered from them on 8.21.20 @ 3pm. $55 for a code to unlock my device. I paid for delivery of 1-12 business hours. After 2 site msgs and 4 emails, this is what they wrote....

Paid extra for a 1 to 12 hour unlock was more than 14 hours before they let me know they even started on it then it was 12 hours from that point that being said the code worked perfect so the customer service could use work but overall im happy with my purchase
