After paying for the premium ATT…
After paying for the premium ATT service for Samsung, the company has not responded to me and ghosted any messages i have sent on messenger. This was over a 5 day period of time with the expected 12 hour to 1 day. They do not have 24/7 support, its just marketing bs that most places will put, its just like two people running a show. Better off with Freedom Mobile wholesaler

The site says 24 Hour support
The site says 24 Hour support. I paid extra for the 1-12 hours service. I waited 14 hours and I sent 2 emails via the contact us on the site and 2 via email. I got no response from either. My email to complete my service was done 32 hours later. I believe that I'm due a refund because the service wasn't completed in the allotted time I paid for. I wouldn't have an issue with them not doing it in 1-12 hours had the communication been open.

To be honest, I was skeptical that they were not gonna be able to find the unlock code for my phone. Lo and behold, within 2 days of making the order, the code arrived and worked flawlessly.
