Really poor customer service after dealing with a sales person that was not at all transparent with shipping charges!

I ordered large custom rubber carpet mats that were clearly oversized and very expensive. I represented this to my client after making a credit card payment in full to Kate in sales. They sent me the quote first stating that shipping was included. Kate told me that shipping to my home address was not available by the LTL shipper. That’s only used for oversized shipments. Very foreseeable!!

So I agreed to pick up the pallet of products at a warehouse in the south end of our county with my commercial truck. Sucked but not a big problem.

Then after the sale was paid for and started, I was shaken down for a $895 shipping charge to keto the order moving.

After this pickup my client started asking why they weren’t told about this extra charge?? One of my biggest clients. Now Kate is no help, Eric there and Melissa the “office manager” of a goofy conglomerate of 4 different companies is giving me the run around and there is no accountability for a screw up that Kate could have been more transparent about do that I could represent it to my client properly.

I also had 4 logo mats to order for another client lobby but they don’t even want to address that!

Why bother? This company, particularly their sales staff are just dis organized and unprofessional.

So we purchased the Detailer PRO 3-Gallon Carpet Spotter - 600 Watt Heater with the 4” auto detailer last year and used it 3 times. The second time we used it we found a puddle on our hardwood floors under the extractor. After several days emptying, refilling, and retesting the machine, it just kept leaking. Turns out the leak was not from a loose connection but was coming from inside the machine and out through drain (?) holes on the underside of the water tank. Took it to an authorized service center who couldn’t find the problem so they apparently replaced all or part of the unit. When attempting to use the machine today for upholstery cleaning, the sprayer failed to work. Only drops of fluid come from it.

Needed to replace our tired old floor scrubber and landed on UNOClean—huge catalog, clear specs, decent pricing. Ordered the Clarke on Monday, it showed up Thursday, and their rep Carlos texted step-by-step setup notes. Works like a dream and makes our lobby smell citrus-clean.

Had an initial problem, but I was promptly contacted by customer service and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. The product line is good and prices are reasonable. With the good customer service, this is a vendor I recommend.

We called before ordering and received help from one of their representatives. He was very helpful, let us know the products we were interested in were in stock, and gave us a time frame for delivery.

It was easy to place an order.

I did not like having to pay shipping but I wanted this spray so this once I’ll pay it

My experience was great because the product quality exceeded my expectations, and the customer service was exceptional. The company is doing well in ensuring timely delivery and providing excellent support throughout the process.

Eric was very quick to respond with what we needed and provided instructions.

If I ordered the correct part . Things seem to have went fairly well. Only I have not received a confirmation of order yet or a delivery date . Which is somewhat unsettling.
