Great company and fantastic cross-country moving experience. Moved coast to coast practically and U-Pack made every step easy. Called a bunch as I worry and they facilitated all of my many requests and worries, guiding me along the process. Everything arrived safely and poignantly - would use these guys again!

They were fairly easy to work with and accommodating, but some of our items arrived damaged even though we secured our load.

We’ll gladly use this service again, and recommend them to friends and family.

everybody did what they say they were going to do. From my initial contact all my questions were asked about the process. Communication was stellar always letting us know what to expect next. The driver Richard, who brought us our relocube delivered it very carefully. The unit was immaculate and he provided instructions on how to best open and close the doors while we were loading . They checked in with us along the way and picked up the day that we agreed on. Very great experience, moved from FL to NY, with a relo cube. They were able to maneuver into a tight lot, were very friendly, and quick to pick it up. Customer support the whole time was very professional and helpful. Cube drop off was also very smooth. Cube is bigger than you think, and it’s greatly priced versus PODS (about 1,000 cheaper) for this move. Will be using the service again. Be aware you need your own lock for the pod.

I wish I could remember both driver’s names that dropped off the trailer at the AZ location we loaded the trailer and the driver who dropped off the truck in Iowa at our unloading area. Both were very professional, friendly and great drivers.
The entire process went smoothly and the price paid was what was explained and quoted. No hidden fees or extra charges likes most of the other companies we contacted and then researched. I would highly recommend this moving option and will use them again.

Upack was completely different

I was a little concerned when I started this move (AZ to AL), but this was the easiest, most cost effective way. U-Pack put the “service” in customer-service. Everyone answered my questions, was very accommodating, and easy to deal with. I had one question the rep simply stated, “I don’t know” and got me to the right person. There nothing worse than someone who doesn’t know but proceeds to give wrong info.

I highly recommend this route to save money on your moving.

From start to finish UPack customer service was outstanding. We moved from the mountains of Colorado to rural Connecticut in the dead of winter. We had challenges throughout (aggressive timetable, steep mountains, blizzards, unexpectedly long delay in unloading) and the UPack team delivered each step of the way. We couldn't have made the move with traditional moving services. Highly recommended.

U-Pack was super easy and the cheapest I found for our move from CO to FL. We trusted them with all our belongings, everything arrived the way we put it in the truck. The truck was delivered on the earlier side of the time windows provided on both drop off days. It arrived on the estimated delivery date in Florida as well - no delays in drop of like I've heard about other company's. I would definitely use U-Pack again if I needed to move cross country again.

The process was simple, customer service was easy to access, and I feel that my containers were promptly shipped with care! I will happily use u-pack again for any long-distances moves.

We had looked at several options for our move. We tried to work with another company and kept getting the run around on the delivery service. We then contacted U-pack and what a difference in service. They were prompt and very pleasant to work with before, during and after the delivery. I would give them a 10 star rating but it only goes to 5 star. Highly recommend for your move!

Upack delivered from beginning to end five star service. Staff were friendly, helpful and explained things in detail – no nasty surprises or hidden costs. Their prices were reasonable, and both on the origination and destination part the local staffing were top-notch.

Amazing customer service; they made my move across country easy and stress free. I'll only use upack for any future moves. Absolutely worth the money!

They were on schedule and on time. We had 17 ft. allocated in the truck and we used every bit of it. Upon destination everything was in great shape. I recommend U-Pack to do the driving for you! We are in our 70s but the included ramp made it almost easy.

Professional, efficient and most affordable service. I shipped a container from South Florida to Hawaii - it arrived in 20 days and cost less than half of what Pods and Uhaul wanted to charge me! Excellent customer service as well.
