Every single person I worked with, drivers, customer service, people in local yards and and the office, were polite and easy to work with.

The website, the quote process, the moving plan they generate, it's all a well oiled machine. It left me with no questions and no confusion.

They were also compassionate and flexible when I needed to delay my move.

Moved my stuff in storage from Saginaw Texas to Tacoma Washington. Had to use upack facility to load. (Ft worth). There were only 3 things I would complain about. (Ft Worth)... called day before to schedule a time to load trailer. Scheduling guy wouldn't up his phone. 4 calls later I was told he would call back. Never did. 5th call I was finally able to speak with him and told him what time I would be there. He said to me ok and when you get here come inside and sign paperwork. 2nd. I show up and the nice lady's up front send me to his desk. Told him who I was and was ready to sign. He looked at me as if I was stupid and asked me to wait out front so I went back outside not knowing what was going to happen next. Eventually a truck driver brought a trailer from the back and we discussed where to put it and I signed and loaded the trailer. 3rd. I made it work but the ramp that was provided, the surface that rests on the trailer was bent so there was a gap between the floor and the ramp. Inch and a half or so. All in all the price was good, the delivery was good. I would use them again.

I had not heard of them before but was glad I found them. The process was very easy, the transportation was fast, and the coast beat all other alternatives by a lot. Highly recommend.

From the initial phone call to U-Pack, everything was efficient and on schedule, interacting with very pleasant people. Best pricing, quick booking (7 minutes) and great service. Everything went so smoothly. They preformed exactly as they said they would. Drivers were very courteous. I really like the containers better than PODS. The double doors open out rather than roll up. Sometimes the roll-ups get stuck. Highly recommend.

I made a pretty big move from Austin back to Brooklyn. Upack kept my storage container safe in storage for about 8 months while I searched for the perfect apartment. On the big moving day, Nick dropped off my container almost right to my Brooklyn doorstep - he was such a pro and made the move in process so smooth and easy, the entire process was really simple and I would recommend to anyone making a big move. Easy peasy!

Everything was easy and reliable. Customer service was exceptional as was the service as a whole.

Such an easy process. Dealt with a US based person, usually local to area, when needed at every step. Containers arrived on time, online dashboard clear and easy to use. We loaded at a service center, which was also a very easy process and our containers were put on a railcar immediately after we left. Would use again. High value for price compared to other options.

On time, great price, and if they can take us from the west to east coast, with basically no damage to our property, they can do anything for you!

Moving all the way from Alaska can be very expensive. UPack made it more affordable for us and the customer service, delivery and pick up was seamless and very efficient. All of our household goods made it without a scratch too!!! I highly recommend !!

Customer service is A+. Delivery of empty container to a gated community was A+. Delivery of container to new address in another state , also a gated community was A+. No damage to delivered contents. Interactions with 3 drivers who were friendly, professional and very helpful and accommodating were all A+. Everyone with whom we interacted went out of their way to make this move easy and pleasant. No hidden fees. Cheaper than renting a uhaul truck and driving it ourselves! Great company!

Communication from the start with origin agents, texts and phone calls, then trailer drop-off and delivery times was easy and accurate.

It was so easy and so glad I shopped around. The price was fair from California To to Texas. It was half the price of other companies and they delivered it directly to my home. That was a problem for other companies. We had our pods packed and delivered fast. If I need to do another move I will use them.

U-pack was on time for both pick up and delivery our furniture and boxes were in good condition when they delivered, just make sure you pack them well, the delivery person, Shavonda in Georgia has great customer service and in touch with us during the process of delivering , I would recommend U-pack very highly.
