Basically, everything went about as well as I would have expected, aside from the crew that I hired to help load the trailer. My only complaint with Upack is about the ramp. It ends up being fairly steep, and rough with grid work construction, so most things are not going to roll up and down it very easily. Unfortunately, the ramp also arrived late for our unloading since we had completely filled the trailer and the ramp was delivered separately. The ramp arrived about 2 hours after the trailer. Aside from that, it was all good.

From beginning to end I could not have had a better experience. They explained everything as it went along. Although 2 cubes had been reserved they refunded the amount for the second one when I did not need it. My things were transported from LA to Cincinnati quickly and efficiently. I was allowed to tell them when I wanted it delivered to my home and they efficiently removed it the next day after it had been emptied. The cube caused no problems on my drive. They were efficient and knowledgeable and saved me 50% of what an interstate moving company would have charged.

It was easy and straightforward. Couldn’t share more how stress-free using them was - strongly recommend!

This really worked out well for us during our move from Houston to WV. Great customer service, friendly drivers and great tracking tool. We used the full trailer, so I can’t speak to partial loads, which they also offer.

Experience of the whole U-Pack Team, was Above All!!! Starting from the straight forward estimate, the driver that returned a leaking trailer so our belongings were not ruined, scheduling the drop & pick up’s, everything was as stated. This company’s Experience really shows through. Would definitely use them again. This move was across the country from WA to NE.

It starts with the customer service and contract easy. No hidden fees, on time delivery of the trailer, quick pickup of the trailer and drop off of the trailer. Earlier than expected delivery of the trailer from Florida to Indiana. From customer service to the truck drivers that I dealt with we're all professional and courteous. I would highly recommend everyone to use ABF U-Pack. Hopefully, this helps you make your decision.

The pricing is reasonable for distance. The pod looks smaller than the dimensions, definitely pay attention to interior measurements. Great customer service and care by drivers throughout the whole process.

From start to finish my experience with UPack & ABF was great. Moving from Hawaii to Phoenix comes with some fears. Everything arrived just as it left. Highly recommend. Use straps and plenty of bungies to secure your things! Mahalo!

Used them for a move from Arizona to NC. Empty pod delivery was on schedule, and driver helpful and skilled at placing them just right for ease of loading. Once loaded they were picked up on time. It was great to be able to track the progress each day along the way. They were delivered on the first day of the delivery window, and picked up on schedule after unloading. The price never changed from the initial quote. It all went better than I expected. I would definitely recommend them. We had only a broken plant pot and one piece of furniture with a small scrape from a packing strap buckle. Cover and strap in your stuff and you'll be fine!

Second time I've used U-pack and I'm just as satisfied now as I was then. Delivery and pickup drivers were very courteous and accommodating. Estimates were spot on. We ended up at the "worst case" scenario having used all of the truck, but thanks to there method of estimation, we knew ahead of time what to expect.

My move went horribly wrong when I was not able to move into the first property and had to find an alternate. I called on the day of delivery to put a hold on my U-Pack and they happily stored it at their facility until I was able to update my location. It was then moved to another facility being that my second property was a distance away. Both pickup and delivery were exceptional. The customer service agents and the drivers are all extremely friendly and sure took the stress away from my otherwise chaotic move. 100% recommend this company. Thank you for being the calm in the storm and for getting my delivery done.

I used U-Pack for the first time to move from Wisconsin to Washington and had a seamless, excellent experience. It is super convenient to have the pods dropped off and fill them over a few days, if needed. There just happened to be a major snow storm the day before my pods were scheduled to be picked up and U-Pack was very accommodating and responsive when I called to let them know the pods were buried in snow. Even though the pods were picked up a day late, there was no delay in arrival in Seattle. I found the U-Pack service to be an ideal way to move long distance. It is cost effective and super efficient. The cost is a set rate per pod, so there is no moving target on what your final cost will be, which I found I likely would have with the large trucking companies. I love that they also make hiring movers super easy through HireAHelper. These services lowered the stress level of this move significantly. I would definitely use U-Pack again and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Once scheduled, the pickup and drop-off was pretty seamless. However, the dropoff windows given, there are only two options available. 8am-12pm or 8am to 4pm. No option for just an afternoon dropoff window. We picked the 8-4 slot hoping the delivery would be in the afternoon, but they showed up a few minutes after 8.

The customer service and everyone I spoke with were outstanding and extremely helpful. The delivery of the trailer for both loading and unloading was timely. My only negative, and it is a big one, is that the Bulkheads you use to secure your order in the trailer only are at ODD numbers. In my case I used 6 feet of space and as a result that left one foot of open space and my load shifted pretty badly. This was only discovered on the final pick up as that is when they instruct you to secure the bulkhead so everyone be advised you need to use that space, no one told me that and it made the unloading very dangerous and difficult (add to that the driver parked the trailer on a downward slope). I do recommend this as a great long distance option but be advised there are things not communicated like this that can drastically impact your goods.
