My things arrived 4 days earlier than estimated. Everyone in customer service was very friendly, and the drivers were the best—especially Michael, who was the one who drove to my house. 100% recommended.

The experience was great, lots of communication and easy to get in touch with someone when I had questions. Pod was delivered promptly. The only set back I had (and it didn’t cause problems was just a bit frustrating) was that the guaranteed arrival date is arrival to the STATE you’re moving to, not your home. My pod got to my home about four days after the latest guarantee date I was given, and it arrived well outside the time frame (close to 6 pm). Overall with that being the only setback I would 100% use U-Pack again. The price is great for what you’re getting.

UPack is fantastic, they drop off a trailer whenever you want it, give you 3 days to pack it up, then you call them and they come pick it up. They drive it where ever you need it and deliver on time. Their pricing is upfront and easy to understand, there is no better way to do a long distance move!

Very helpful customer service. No pressure. Delivery guy is really good finding a way to put the cube where I want. He said it is out of standard request but he did it.

They made my move from UT to NE simple and easy and was upfront about all the costs, so there were no surprises. Everything arrived in great condition. We were moving from MD to AZ, we had a lot of boxes and few bedroom furniture and were nervous about transporting so many items across country. U-pack transport worked with us to ensure we had the right size and even provided instructions on how best to pack our belongings. Their team kept us informed from the time they picked up in Md thru AZ, we were able to track as well. Everyone from the sales person (Donna), Md pickup/delivery driver (James) to AZ pickup/delivery driver (Scott) as well as the location dispatch staff were the most polite, professional customer service team I have would be proud of if I were their management. I can’t say “Thank you” enough for making our move stress free.

I used to work at ABF when Upack first started and understood how it worked. As time has gone on the system has gotten smoother, and provided entirely the experience I was hoping for. Very trouble free move.

It was the easiest move. I highly reccommed u-pack. Every person from the first call to the last were knowledgeable, courteous and answered my many questions with patience. Drivers and dispatch were exceptional.

I had to move across the country and had a 3 bedroom apartment. I searched a lot of different sites for moving but ultimatly went with UPACK as it was the best bang for my buck. 4K for two cubes was such a good deal and really fit my needs. It was so easy to have them dropped off and I got to pack them on my own time and then have them picked up. NOTHING was damaged when they arrived to me. It really was so easy and simple for this ADHD gal. Granted there are a lot of steps and calls to make for pickup and delivery and such but ultimately it was pretty easy and streamline. If I ever moved again, I would use UPACK>

U-PACK and ABF trucking were both top notch companies! Very accommodating to my tricky move. Helping me coordinate multiple trailers to work out perfectly for my packers and unpackers. Everyone I interacted from sales, dispatch and the truck drivers were very pleasant and super helpful!
