Whilst the experience was good fun to do with my family, sadly we felt let down on the hire equipment. Our shoes looked like they had been eaten by the dog and insoles missing. The majority of the rest of the group looked practically new! And there were no gloves left in the box had we wanted them.

A wonderful experience, weather was perfect. All the staff were kind and helpful, most importantly of all comedic.

Always go and do this attraction when I come to London because the service, staff and experience is just too good and I would highly recommend to anyone of all ages. Thank you so much

This was a bought experience for two of us but my other half backed out when she saw the climb from the ground. So I enrolled on my own.
From the moment you sit down (introduction, H&S etc) I felt at ease. The staff were great and our guide was fantastic (from the Sydney HB tour).
Please remember they look after everyone no matter if you have any issues they take care of you all the way. Just tell them at the start if you have any issues and you be OK.
It's no where near as bad as it looks from the ground and we had a really good group of people on our slot.
The trip is along what I can only call "something like walking on a trampoline" (but don't do any jumping) and much easier than climbing up steps.
I'm 70yo so if I can do it anyone can.
Don't hesitate just do it and be open to help / suggestions from your team guide.

This experience was better than expected. The guides were excellent especially August. She was knowledgeable on the sights at the top and make the experience for my Son and I very enjoyable.

Great experience will 100% do it again

A lot of us have been inside this immense structure but UpAtTheO2 is a whole different experience - scaling the famous rotunda before stopping at the canopy summit for breathtaking 360 degree views.
Karl was our guide for the day and he approached our group with his light humour and knowledge, discrete in acknowledging mine and my daughter’s autism and soon had us kitted up and briefed on safety, feeling confident for the half hour trip to the other side.
Karl kept us informed throughout and as our group of ten snaked its way up the steep ascent Karl came back and forth to all group members ensuring we all felt included and able to ask questions.
We reached the summit and couldn’t decide if it was the climb or the views which took our breath away, most definitely both. Karl gave us some further interesting facts from the top as well as pointing out famous landmarks. Those who had chosen to had their drinks served ahead of our descent down the other side of the dome.
Even though the incline had been 30deg at the steepest, the pace was just right for the children in our group as well the middlies and the oldies like myself nursing the effects of two broken feet 9 months previously!
The descent was just as exhilarating and Karl continued to include us all as before. He’s perfectly suited to the role of guide, compassionate, confident, considerate and entertaining. Would highly recommend the experience and while I’m sure the other guides are amazing I would dibs for Karl if I went again.

Absolutely tremendous couple of hours here, our guide ( apologies I forgot her name ) was such a bundle of joy even though the weather was wet, windy and cold, she always had a smile on her face, spoke to every person on the way up and down, gave a very informative chat about the surroundings from the observation point. I can’t recommend this enough, all the safety gear is well kept and reassures confidence being so high up. Thank you for making our Saturday lunch time such a pleasure. I will absolutely look to do it again in the future.

Joey was excellent!

Although the weather was not ideal (very wet!) Joey was really great and kept us chatting away to take our mind off the rain!

You don't realise how steep the incline is, especially on the way back down but we went at our own pace and Joey was super helpful!
