Horrible customer service. They sent me the wrong letter twice, each time this took 2 weeks. Each customer care representative gave me different information. Horrible, renewed my contract with Swisscom again.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Thezy cut off my service as I paid my bill to the wrong account number, when they found it I had an overpayment of over 200CHf, they treated me like an idiot for making payments to the wrong account and demanded a reconnection charge. I had several calls with them even to be able to find the wrong payment. The Reps lie constantly, I suggest that you record every call that you have with them, and document everything as well as follow up each incident/call to their support email, and never expect a call back from a supervisor, no matter what the agent tells you. I was a customer for over 4 years, evcen though I have not had internet since february they still want me to pay a reconnection fee and the regular service cancellation of 2 months even though I have not had internet through them.

Worst company ever! My internet hasn't been working for weeks! A technician came and it' still not working. I got two new modems and it is still not working. I spent hours on the phone and they don't even want to pay me a compensation. The staff on the phone promises to fix the problem and nothing happens and you are not able to talk to that person ever again! Stay faaar away from this company!!!

Been with UPC since 2012 and never had any complains. Starting 2018 I decided to include my mobile subscription together with my UPC internet. Worst mistake done, the service is a complete chaos, no one knows what they are doing and they don't communicate between each other. I ordered 2 phones in January, and I'm still waiting for one, meanwhile I got a wrong phone and after so many calls I found out that they forgot to order the second phone. With the entire package I would get a 30chf discount on my nebenkosten, and so far nothing happened and they even had a prepared excuse which is completely different than what was promised. I filled in 3 complains which didn't receive any answer. It's absolutely chaotic and the costumer service is the worst I have ever experienced. For me it's to late to cancel as I have signed all contracts, but would recommend to keep away from this company!!
Customer Service grausam!!!
Absolutely shocking Customer Service! On 3rd January 2018 I called four times, and each time after waiting for around 5 to 6 minutes the call was dropped.
My call was to complain about the fact that ALL UK programmes had been unsubscribed. UPC did not give me warning about this.
In short, find a different TV provider in Switzerland, UPC have no idea about how to satisfy their customers.

If you don't mind holding the line for 40 minutes ( I am not even kidding) every time you need to talk to customer support UPC is for you. It took them 10 days until they fixed the internet for me.

Avoid UPC at all costs ! You think you get a better financial deal but there is absolutely no service, abusive people at customer service even to a point of swearing on the phone. Take Swisscom, well educated nice people on the phone instead of Arrogant Male Germans.

Being a Cablecom client since 2010. I never had any issues with technical support. Recently I was in a need to contact administrative support regarding my bills for 3-in-1 connection outlet. That was a total new experience. After a month of negotiations we are standing at the same point where we started, I can't still figure out who shall pay such bills me or my landlord. UPC sends bills directly to me, landlord says, no, don't pay them, we already paying them... Especially frustrating UPC's promises "we will call you back" without any subsequent action. So I'm thinking now to switch to another ISP...
