Great products, great customer service

I purchased the UMax 22 Touch. This monitor has excellent color accuracy, and I couldn’t find any drawbacks when using it as a second monitor.

Sold me a product that they did not have in stock. Support helped me make a desission to change to another model. Overall good support which compensated for the delay.

I would recommend UPERFECT to everyone who looks for portable monitor of high quality and which is joy to use for incredible prices. I was one looking for smaller but powerful 4K monitor with accurate colors for editing photos and videos and also working as software developer and I found uperfect and I am still excited about it even after years and I took my monitor everywhere with me. The support respond fast and the way you don't need to follow-up much on the emails since they already respond to your satisfaction.

I ordered a monitor and received no delivery updates for several days, which was worrying. After contacting customer service, I was told a day later that the monitor was actually not in stock and I would need to wait — something that should have been communicated upfront.

The response wasn’t very reassuring, and at that point I genuinely started to worry whether this was a scam and if I would get my money back. Eventually, I was informed that a refund would be issued within a few days.

In the end, the situation was resolved, but the lack of transparency and poor communication caused unnecessary stress. Mistakes happen, but communication and stock information definitely need improvement.

Have yet to receive the product but what I ordered looks like a great deal

Needed digital manuals for 2 portable monitors I purchased over a year ago. Responded with the manuals but had trouble with some follow up questions about monitor specs. Other than that, I am satisfied with the help I received. Would recommend. Nice products and friendly service.

Version: No Touch. Unfortunately I received a monitor that was damaged. The customer service was amazing though, very responsive and they are sending a replacement at no extra cost, as it should be.

This review concerns the model UGame C2 Pro (16-inch, 2560*1600, 144 Hz, 100% sRGB, 450 nits), which I bought for productivity work even though it’s marketed as a gaming monitor.

Regarding the monitor itself:

I’m really happy with this monitor! The panel is quite nice for an IPS, with good colors and viewing angles (there is some perceivable brightness drop on off-axis viewing but no color shift). The chassis particularly impresses me: the bezels are tiny and the whole unit has an sleek, minimalist look and a premium feel (thanks to the black aluminum). Tip for potential buyers: if you – like me – are used to an OLED display, try reducing the black level in the monitor’s settings from 50 to 45 or 40.

Regarding customer service:

Originally I purchased a model with similar specs from Temu, but that particular unit arrived with a small defect – a slight bright spot about a centimeter in diameter. I wasn’t surprised that the issue might have made it past quality control as it was only visible against dark, uniform backgrounds. Upon contacting UPERFECT, customer service was helpful. They accepted the defect without any pushback. They couldn’t replace the unit directly because the return needed to go through Temu. But after I initiated the Temu return and refund process, I was able to purchase the identical C2 Pro model for roughly the same price directly from UPERFECT’s website even though I live in a country to which they don’t normally deliver. In other words, customer service went out of their way to take care of me. They were also very responsive, answering all my emails on the same day I sent them. In summary, it was a very good customer service experience, and I’m glad that I went with a monitor from a known company with an established presence in the portable monitor space, rather than one of the similarly specced and priced models from unknown companies.

Some minor suggestions for UPERFECT:

* The “pulley button” isn’t particularly easy to use for menu navigation because it can be hard to push in without accidentally navigating up or down. This is a minor gripe as I don’t anticipate needing to use the menu very often. However, some of your other models, such as the UColor O2, instead feature a simpler five-button design, which I suspect is easier to use (and perhaps more robust?).

* The bundled USB-C and HDMI cables are quite bulky and stiff (as the majority of HDMI cables are). This wouldn’t be a problem when using the monitor with gaming consoles, but it makes using the monitor alongside a laptop (specifically to the right of a laptop whose HDMI and USB-C ports are also on the right) a little more awkward than perhaps necessary. Perhaps consider switching to thinner and lower-profile cables to better cater to this use case, if possible.

As mentioned before: TechSpec excellent, but service unaccepable.
In my case: delivery of broken monitor (cracks) => first answer ok, but thereafter ignored. Refund offer of $60 - rediculous for a product of $300.

The UColor T6 is the only 16-inch 4K portable monitor that I could find (for this price), that genuinely matches the MacBook Pro display. The 1200 nits brightness is a must-have when working outside.

Monitor is top notch, even better than ipad pro 12.9" screen. Excellent communication.
