It is apparent that the website is not representative of every category of review. If an honest, unbiased review is deleted at the whim of either party, then it does not depict fairness.
Their website shows "100% of guests recommend." That is not true, thus again does not reflect fairness.
They stated," Property owners do have an option to request that reviews be hidden, though this process is highly selective and follows strict criteria." It does not state what those criteria are.
The website is unethical, immoral and worthless.

Awful dishonest website.
Only post positive reviews.
My review had some good things, but also a lot of bad things that I had experienced with the property and letting agency, but I was completely honest.
My review did not appear online, when questioned upfront reviews they told me the letting agency didn't want it made public. So basically not an accurate review site. Only allow positive reviews.
I don't see how that is legal.
I am very unhappy, not only was my holiday a bad experience, but also the letting agency and now I can't even inform others of a potential bad experience with the letting agency and property.
I did wonder why the property had so few reviews.....now I know

Wrote a review of a holiday let which was factually correct but not very positive, surprise surprise it was not published!! Seems to be a pattern forming here

I reviewed a rental property and the review didn't appear. I had made positive comments about the property and the owner, but was scathing about the poor communication from the company marketing the property. The review didn't appear so I e-mailed Upfrontreviews.com to ask why. I have not had a reply. Presumably they only allow positive reviews, and are therefore really a waste of time.
