Not fullfilling preorders! No communication
I *pre-ordered* a specific game (Arkham Horror: The Card Game), along with some other items - card sleeves for the game, and two smaller games (filler for shipping charges). Few weeks later I ask when the order will be ready. They say October. OK, that's cool. A month passes and my order is still the same status. I check their page, and now AH:TCG is unavailable. They didn't notify me of anything so I ask them again. They say, indeed, they won't be fullfilling the pre-order (they didn't notify me of this, I had to ask) because of - wait for it - 'change of supplier's availabilty'. I pre-ordered this over a month ago. The pre-order concept exists for this sole reason, to ensure availability. I didn't order or buy it elsewhere beacuse I thought I would receive it from uplay.
Completely unacceptable. I requested order cancellation and a full refund, and will update when I receive it.
