Overall good, and Gidyon was great. Onboarding felt disjointed and a lot happened very fast making it hard to get my bearings. It felt like I was behind from jump and could never get caught up. And it became unclear what I would get help on vs not so it felt like lots of clarifying questions were needed.

That said, the editor I was paired up with has been great and I’m grateful for that.

Gianna and team were highly professional and did a great job onboarding us and jumping in to get us results.
