Joshua is our lawyer, we met with him on May 26 to file the bancruptcy papers, found him to be very friendly, answered any questions we had, let us know what would happen next after the filing. Office staff is very friendly too. I would highly recommend them

These people are AWFUL. I’m in financial difficulty and pay them well over $1000 to help me. They connect me with a local attorney…I’m unable to get all my paperwork ready, and receive a message saying they will close my file unless I call them at a specific number. So I call. I leave a message AND SEND AN EMAIL. I also attempt NUMEROUS TIMES AND DIFFERENT WAYS TO CONTACT THE ATTORNEY DIRECTLY…ZERO RESPONSE from Upright or the attorney. Finally I get back on the website and request assistance again to get a response. I start getting an UNBELIEVABLE amount of calls and texts, I reply with what I had been going through for MONTHS and they give me a number to call. This number someone answers and tells me my file was closed. EVEN THOUGH I MADE EVERY EFFORT IMAGINABLE AND FOLLOWED THEIR INSTRUCTIONS TO STOP IT FROM BEING CLOSED!!! So I requested a refund. They informed me I would get $335 back of the well over $1000 I had paid. THANKS FOR NOTHING. WORTHLESS!!
Also….WHY do all the good reviews say, “Invited”??? LIARS!

They are not truthful, I absolutely ATTEMPTED to contact them on numerous occasions, in every way I could. I emailed, left messages at their offices…all with zero response. I found a reputable attorney on my own…and he will not even look at your case OR TAKE ANY MONEY FROM YOU until you have completed a list of things, including getting all of your paperwork together and filling out a packet of paperwork sent from their office. Upright Law are crooks, who essentially stole my money.

What a nightmare! Was never able to speak to my lawyer! I contacted Upright and they said they would send him an email and still nothing! Oh and by the way every time I told them I was not receiving a call back after leaving my lawyer a message and asked for assistance they charged me. If you change a payment date or amount they charge you! since I was unable to speak to a lawyer I found another firm to represent me. I had paid $1,350.00 of the $1,950 and wanted a refund. I had to wait two weeks to speak to someone in their cancellation department! Then when I finally was able to speak to someone they are only going to refund me $550.00 they deducted for phone calls from me to them not being able to speak to my lawyer and changing my payment date and schedule! That wasn't bad enough they said it will 30 to 45 days to get a refund! BEWARE most awful experience! I would never recommend that firm to anyone!

They are crooks paid them 1600 dollars never used them and they kept my money

Filed a case with Company they assigned an attorney to the case they took my payment and I signed a retainer did a online credit counseling course and after all that the Attorney said he wasn’t taking the case for me to contact up right office so I did and they said there was some misunderstanding that they would contact attorney and he would get back to me so a week goes by no word from attorney I called and he said I told you I not taking your case?? Called upright law and they said that they would try to find me another attorney, no just got a e-mail telling me that they were sending a refund

These people are not lawyers they sales men that work on commission they will tell you anything to get to file with then don't have just go to you local attorney as that is all they are do acting as a middle man you pay then then attorney charges you a bunch extra fees total Scam!!

Highly recommend UpRight Law, They made a difficult time in my life a single process in starting and turning a new leaf

I hired upright law for bankruptcy, they worked with me, vicki piontek was my atty, she helped me every step of the way. she responded imediatley to any messages, kept me updated on everything. now im waiting for the end results. very pleased with the law firm! would definetly recomend them

Scam took advantage of me and my money I work hard for I got screwed big time don't fall for this crap it's all fraud and a easy hustle this place needs shut down so many people got bent over

100% Scam if you have any respect for yourself or your money take it else where. This company knows you're volunerable it a tight spot and takes full advantage of that, I was assigned my attorney on February 20th and paid in full on February 28th had my call with my attorney on March 1, had all documents submitted by March 3rd except Bank statements due to no explaining of how to submit those. Didn't hear anything the rest of the month of March so I started calling in April called atleast 12 times, left several voice messages, sent emails, used the help in app and no replies of any type. Finally after 2 weeks someone reaches out says the "attorney" had a baby. Another 2 weeks go by before I hear from the paralegal, I answer some questions for her and she tells me how to submit my bank statements. We schedule a call with the attorney for May 4th at 3pm, yes it's been over two months and still nothing has been done my case. Never hear from the attorney on May 4th, 5th, 6th....again sent emails and help message on the app and zero help or answers other than he's "busy and will call you in two days". I called the main office to request a refund or new attorney and was told on May 9th a new attorney would contact me, well it's May 12th again have heard zero from this law firm.

UpRight Law was extremely easy to us for my bankruptcy. I knew nothing about the process and they along with the attorney assigned to my case put me at ease and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend them!!
