After 2 years of trying multiple different firms I’m so happy to have discovered Uprofit! There is nothing bad I can say about them…Juan has been fantastic on the support end and I received my first payout within the 24 hour processing time that is stated! I am using the new Zero 30k Account and it is hands the down the best type of account offered out of any prop firms in the industry!!

Since they launched the "new Zero 30K account" they have done nothing but hinder everything. I had to wait 4 days for my trial account to be activated. I passed the test in 5 days as required and only 3 days later (I lost 1 week) they responded saying that I did microscalping. They have disappointed me, and that's even though I made several withdrawals. Goodbye Uprofit!

Don't bother if you want to get paid. "Glitches" in the dashboard prevented me from getting paid out with no responses from support and very unhelpful messages from discord pointing you to support. Horrible experience, MFFU and TopStep are the way to go

This prop firm doesn't want professional traders that make a lot of money, they want gamblers and losers so they can profit from their subscriptions, resets and live activation fees. I am speaking daily with traders having issues with them and if you are trading with them I recommend you getting payouts of 1-5k maximum, they will pay. Anything higher than that and they will suddenly send you an email from compliance asking you for a video call, they will go over a series of questions like what's your strategy, how many accounts you have with us, how do you handle your risk, etc and if the payout is really big, they will say you used a vpn and close your account, leaving you with nothing. I am gathering evidence from multiple traders and will hire a lawyer to go directly to the FTC and SEC, sue them until they pay out legit traders, will update this if they pay out.

My first payout they did pay 9k, then in my second payout now I have been waiting for many days without response from them, suddenly I received an email from compliance saying they needed a video call, I have done the video call and the girl Carolina which was very kind she told me everything was okay and my payout was about to be released but they did not pay, this prop firm is the worst in the industry.

I started an evaluation because someone wrongly mentioned to me that you could use tradingview or tradovate. After I signed up...I noticed that it was rithmic, and within MINUTES of paying, I sent a note asking for a refund because I don't prefer static accounts.

I received a response that they incur cost immediately upon activation. So they can't refund. But they could close my account and start a new one later with a voucher...this essentially means two accounts will be activated with two costs.

They never clarified why they are willing to pay for two activation costs for the cost of 1, vs provide a refund for an account that was never touched by the user.

In the end, they could've had a strong review and referrals, but they chose to keep $100. Good customer service matters more than anything.
