After purchasing the plugin, I was having trouble with getting it to work due to some caching issues not entirely caused by the plugin. Eric responded to my impatient mails calmly and went about fixing them most professionally.
He also explained what was going wrong which it is important as a course creator to know.
The plugin worked very well after Eric helped me figure it out.
Eric is a business owner who is passionate about what he does. His customer service on top of that is top notch.

I've been using the plugin for around a year on a few websites. I first purchased a licence for myself to test it out and then for my clients.
I love it. It really does the job of several other plugins. I mainly use it with infoproducts and I have also created a fully customized eshop with the Upsell Plugin.
Support is great. Always fast, answers questions and solves problems. You feel you're in good hands and you're not alone.
It's a great tool, 100% recommended by me.

Incredible plugin. Literally replaces hugely expensive platforms for a fraction of the cost. Support is amazing. I've literally had them login and fix things on my site that was actually MY FAULT lol.

I LOVE the Upsell Plugin! We use it on both a WaaS (Websites as a Service) and multiple single site installs and it works perfectly. It's super easy to setup and seamlessly integrates with our page builder of choice (Elementor.) It allows us to sell items without having to mess with other plugins like WooCommerce. The Upsell Plugin basically handles everything for us in our sales funnels from start to finish. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking to add sales funnels (and/or even offer products and services) to your website.

Since I started using the upsell plugin, the way I sell online video courses has changed.
