The range of shift options and employers is fantastic. My most recent shift was catering an elite event at a prestigious venue. The team that was chosen to cater this event was brilliant, diverse, and all hard-working. It felt good to serve on a team like that. I highly recommend joining UpShift.

So far so good, yesterday was my first job opportunity with Upshift. It went great.

My experience was enjoyable. Since I like working with people providing service for others and working with experienced, nice people was an added plus. Need more catering shifts to work.

I have found that the majority of the companies I have worked for (Google WPT1105, Eurest at Kimberly Clark, Lenbrook Atlanta and Capital City Club - Downtown) have been exceedingly kind, accomodating and caring of their Upshift employees. It was/is an honor to work for them and Upshift! Thank you!

I worked for some great companies and the assignments are always easy. Upshift allows you to make steady income without a permanent 9-5. Most opportunities use the option to hire permanent.

I have had an awesome experience since I’ve started with Upshift. All of the shifts I’ve attended the companies have very good staff that have offered me a few positions even within me working the first few hours. They’ve all had staff members that are and have been very eager to train on new skills as well if you are new to a different task or have no experience in that area as well. The Upshift staff has good communication and is very knowledgeable and if not they will get you an answer within a timely manner.

Extremely unprofessional company that doesn’t do anything to protect its laborers. Arrived at a shift within allotted time, employer left the area of the entrance, wouldn’t let me move forward. Sent time stamped pictures, reached out the the reference given for employment, as well as have a tracker of my location that shows I arrived at the facility. By law, if not permitted to work, Laborers should be awarded 4 hours of paid compensation, but instead, Upshift is trying to terminate me for abiding by the contract of the claimed shift. Maybe, just maybe, having a real representative instead of bots would serve as a better form of communication.

This company will wrongfully and fraudulently suspend you. 5 star employee, never had 1 strike, was favorited by multiple businesses but due to Upshifts lack of integrity, carelessness and fraudulent behavior my mother is suspended for absolutely no reason. Speaking with lawyers now to get her money! back pay and all they pay she’s lost all they way to January as she had shifts booked all the way up until then.

They are "hiring" a bunch of people in Austin, but they have only 1 company with any shifts and it's 20 miles away. Feels like they are bringing workers onboard with false hopes, just so they can approach companies and say, "look at all these workers we have ready to go." Dozens of people every hour are going through "onboarding" are being used. This was a complete waste of my time. Will never have worked even 1 shift.

Upshift did a WONDERFUL work!!!! Finding me a job that exceeded my expectations. I can't Thank You Enough I'm Forever Grateful. Will surely recommend Upshift to my friends
