Great company that helped me to get the best deal I could. Very quick from appointment booked to fitting, lots of different options to choose from

UPVC company are the best in the business, this is the second time I’ve used UPVC Company and I cannot fault them, great product, great service and great price. I got new doors and windows installed yesterday and all the guys were so professional and left my house spotless! I have recommended them to all my friends and family. 5 stars across the board. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered an external door, promised installation in 3 weeks. Over 12 weeks later, no installation and zero proactive communication. Had to chase multiple times, promised callbacks never kept and even a formal email went unanswered. Would NOT recommend.

This is the second time we have used this company
The first time was for our doors and after getting them done we got them back in to complete our house by getting the windows done

I have used this company on few occasions they never fail from start to Finnish and prices are very reasonable product really good quality

I had dealt with the company before so when I identified that my son required new windows and a front door I contacted Iain Black. He responded very promptly and was able to guide me on the products I may require. An order followed as the price was acceptable. Slight delay in work starting but this was due to a glass frame required above the external door which was supplied by a sub contractor. The UPVC team duly arrived, completed the work in a day, removed all old windows and door then hoovered the full house. My wife was pleased as she expected to do the hoovering and tidying up.

An absolute shambles.
All in it took 9 weeks and I still did not get what I wanted.
First surveyor took the wrong measurements. Came home from work expecting to find my new door fitted but had not been done. Never got an explanation until the day after when I had to phone twice to get an answer.
New surveyor came out took new measurements and changed my order from a low threshold door to a standard door without my say so.
On the day the new door was to be fitted I asked to be contacted so I could be there to make sure it was correct. I was not contacted and no surprise it’s not what I asked for.
Not wanting anything to do with them ever again so now left with the wrong door.
Would never use again or recommend to anyone.

First hand view of their installation of windows and doors for my neighbour so ordered a new back door professional workmanship left my home spotless

From start to finish the company were fabulous and patient as I was very particular about what I wanted. When my door arrived it was exactly what I asked for. Robin you did a great job ! After the door was installed I noticed some white scratches down the side panel and I contacted the company. Turned out it was just some residue from the packaging but they came out right away and fixed it. I can’t see anything to complain about they were fabulous knowledgeable and reliable and also quick to fit. Didn’t take a penny till the job was complete. I will defo be returning for my windows when i am ready.

The new French doors look great.
Didn't catch the name of the joiner, but was amazed how one man could do such a good job fitting the new doors. All the mess was cleaned up to inside and outside.

Fantastic service, highly recommend. I needed a non-standard measurement and they were able to supply at a good price and in good time. Excellent communications too. Its so refreshing to get a rapid and personal response rather than an AI bot or a long wait on the phone.

Just bought back and front doors from this company and I am impressed with the quality of them and the price as well was very reasonable. Only small complaint I would have is we were promised doors in 2 weeks took about 5 weeks before we got them fitted and we got no communication from company on what time fitters would arrive to fit them chapped my partner out her bed at 7 50am

Recently moved into an older property that is needing a full renovation. I firstly got the UPVC company out for a quote along with several other companies and knew right away they were the one we would be using! Due to budget and other works going on in the house they have worked around us installing doors and windows along the way making several return trips.
There was a small mark on one of our windows but this was replaced without hesitation.
The team are also really great guys and easy to deal with!
If you are looking for a reliable, flexible team who provide great service, quality and amazing doors and windows the UPVC company is for you!

Once again the uPVC Company have came up Trumps. Fitted our previous doors 14/15 years ago. Done All our lovely Double glazing windows 6 year ago and have just Fitted our beautiful Front and Back doors to their Usual First class standards. Can't rate the Company Highly enough. Really happy with this company. From the first phone call,through initial visit for measurements and at the end to completion of the installation this company were very professional. Kept updated throughout the process and the two man carrying out the work were first class. Property left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend the UPVC company.

We ordered a door from this company it was easy and friendly with a wide range of products. We were well advised between a white door and a coloured door and why the price was different but still very reasonable. The door was made and fitted within 3 weeks and we couldn’t be happier with it. I will be using the company in the future because of its wide range of patio doors, windows and doors with its friendly service. They kept us up to date with every move. I am really well chuffed with this company.

I bought both front and back doors off this company around 4yrs ago. No issues to date and very speedy and reliable service.
This time we had an emergency situation and our door was broken, Ian at UPVC was amazing, so accommodating, given the urgency he went out his way to come and measure up for us and was able to help us get things fixed in lighting speed allowing us to secure our property. Cost wise they are very reasonable in the market as we had been quoted £300 more on a less expensive door by someone who let us down and I’m glad he did. Highly recommend this company and their services. Thank you again.
