Quick dispatch, in very strong packaging. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Very prompt on delivery and kept me updated on the purchase/delivery.

False advertising on the 'uk presence'. Something 'in stock' is not in the uk when listed on the uk website. No updates whatsoever on shipping unless you raise a support query.

Support queries in fairness were answered relatively quickly, but why would I need to raise a ticket for a simple update on order status/shipping after a week/2 weeks etc with no update?

Almost 3 weeks delivery time for something 'in stock'. I suggest the company are honest about their 'uk presence' aspect, and also honest about their shipping/delivery times i.e. we will get round to it whenever we fancy but even if in stock meh it might turn up in some weeks or might not which is what it seems to be.

Packing was decent however, cannot fault that and when it eventually turned up it was in good condition.

Wont be using them again for anything ever, would have been quicker to walk to germany buy it and walk back to the uk than it was to get them to take a product out of the warehouse, put it into a box and send it.

It was a good experience buying drinks from them. However my first order I had to ask for my tracking and the customer service team reached out to me asap I got my order after 4 days of ordering.

Very straightforward process, the items I ordered couldn’t be purchased in the UK, in that size bottle anyway and the price was much better than I could find here when ordering enough of the smaller size bottles here… including the postage plus there were no hidden fees. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend this seller and will definitely use again. Thank You.

Bought off this company a couple of times, always kept well informed of each stage of the order. Delivery was very quick from Germany, as you can not get this Landy Cognac from the UK any more. My problem is with fedex the courier urban drinks contract to deliver - i had no conctact from them apart from a missed delivery on 12/11/25 -of which i was given notification @ 1612 hrs on that day when i was not at home , then a notification that the delivery was rescheduled for the next day - 13/11/25 anytime before 2200 hrs - this was then cancelled at approx 1000 hrs that day ! Subsequently was informed delivery was again rescheduled for today - 14/11/25 before 2200hrs this was again cancelled a.m ! Now been rescheduled for monday 17/11/25 before 2200 hrs ? I do not hold much hope out for this to happen - PLEASE TRY ANOTHER COURIER ! I am not able to conact fedex to arrange to collect my purchase ? Can urban drinks help ? As the main contractor of fedex !!

Quick delivery, informed at every stage

Although Urban Drinks has UK in the title it soon becomes obvious during the order process that the bottle is coming from abroad (fair enough as that's why it wasn't available to buy anywhere in Blighty). Hence, along with a couple of concerning reviews, I ordered with some trepidation.
I needn't have worried. Just a matter of days later I got an email confirming a delivery time via Fedex and, on the specified date, the bottle arrived, undamaged and well packaged.
Sure, the price is high given the international transit costs and a pretty high margin on the product, but this was a Mallorcan drink unavailable anywhere in Blighty and shipped via Germany.
We can't afford to quaff it every week, but it's good to know that Urban Drinks can source it when required for a treat.
Happy to have found Urban Drinks for sure!

My order was placed on 19.09.25. Today is 17.10.25. Still waiting, even the delivery charge was 10 pounds!!! NEVER MORE!

Puntual and good service

Asking for a review when goods are yet to be received, delivery has been delayed 3 times, nobody answers the phone, first and last time I’ll be using this place
