I ordered a few clothes on the 1st of january and it’s now the 13th they said it would take around 3-5 days but obviously has been a lot longer than that i have seen other reviews like this an now assume my order will be 4 months away as i have seen take this long total scam

I received sandals from Urban Ridge and the product is vastly marketed different than what it appears. The sandals are not at all what they were advertised.
In addition the smell of formaldehyde is so strong. You can’t even take them out of the bag. This is extremely hazardous to our health as well as extreme, false advertising for what we paid for. I contacted customer service and they even sent it through the Supervisor and still refused to refund. Absolutely do not do business with this company.

Giving one star is too much. ZERO STARS. While they may look cute online, if you plan on walking.....DO NOT ORDER. Within two hours of wear the studs holding straps separated from the wedge rendering a dangling flop.....which also poses a safety risk. Customer service is DEPLORABLE and quite frankly Sarah/URBAN RIDGE DOES NOT CARE. Their 20% refund does not cover the cost, repair or replacement of shoes. This company takes ZERO RESPONSIBILITY for the inferior product they represent, or consideration for your monies. This is an IMPOSTER SHOE COMPANY.

The shoes are terrible quality! They run very small, definitely not true to size and are very cheaply made. I paid $80 for 2 pairs which was a ripoff. It took over 6 weeks to get the delivery. Their return policy is awful! 2 options, get 25% of your money back and keep the awful shoes or get an exchange. That’s it.

Order a jacket and had a small issue, contacted customer service and they solved it for me fast. Fantastic service.

Please do not buy from them unless you are 100% sure of what you buy and the correct size. I ordered a pair of shoes and they didn’t fit at all, too narrow, but long. Very cheaply made!! Tried to get a refund and they would only do a 25-40% refund with me keeping the shoes! They don’t fit, so I’ll be throwing away 30$. Not good, their website says refunds within 30 days of receipt. I e-mailed them the same day that I got them and their solution was to offer me 40% off!! Pathetic service!!!

STILL WAITING! I ordered a pair of sandals on 6/25, today is 8/20 and you guessed it, still no sandals! I have emailed and I have actually received a response with absolutely NO INFORMATION about when I will get my sandals. I checked the tracking label which was created 3 days after my order and nothing has changed! Interesting since the company is supposedly in Florida...I looked up the address, there is nothing there and the phone number has a convenient message that says they can't take your call right now, please send an email. Tracking label is from China btw. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I'll be back with a review on the shoes....IF I ever get them!

Update 9/3/2025 - FINALLY received the shoes and they are trash! One shoe is bigger than the other, very cheap looking and feeling. I didn't even bother to try and send them back, I threw them away. Stay away from this rip off company!

I purchased their Evelina Starp Slides three (3) weeks ago and I have not received them. Shipping status hasn’t changed from ordered.

Ordered a pair of sandals on the 9th of August, company allegedly in Florida. I needed to contact them because I hadn’t realized that the shoes are in US sizes so I asked them to change my order, very quick reply and the order amended BUT when I sent them an email because a shipping label had been created and it’s from, yes you’ve guessed it, CHINA. The shipping email was sent to me on the 11th but now the 18th all the tracking says is. ‘ shipping information received’ and I have not received a reply from Urban Ridge so I doubt that I will ever receive my sandals which they said would be here in time for a party on the 28th

I’ve been waiting on (4) pairs of summer shoes for over a month and summer is almost over; I was told to expect the items in 5-10 days! 🤔

Took several weeks to arrive, poor quality, size was incorrect

Ordered a cute pair of sandals on 7/27/25, they took my money & created a shipping label, but no sandals have arrived after 15 days. Their website says they are based in Florida, which is why I ordered, but the “pending” shipping label is from China from YUNEXPRESS.

I recently placed an order with Urban Ridge and had a great experience. The shipping was fast, the packaging was secure, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The product quality really lived up to expectations, and you can tell they pay attention to detail. Would definitely shop here again and recommend them to others.

I saw them on Facebook and ordered some shoes, they came faster then expected and the quality is really good

Shoes did not fit. Emailed for a RA Number within the 30 day return policy with no questions asked . I get email back trying to negotiate my refund for 30 percent of the purchase price. I paid 40.00 plus postage. 30 percent of 40.00 is a 12,00 refund. UNACCEPTABLE Total BS from an overseas seller claiming to be from Florida. Total FRAUD & SCAM Do Not Buy From this seller. Now my credit card will be getting my refund

The Facebook post made the shoes look fab. They are sooooo increadibly cheaply made and one of the shoes not even finished. They forgot the grommets. Not wearable. I sent an email with a photo and no response. So now have to work through AMEX. Do not buy from this company.
