The best cargo bike for families! I worked in a large Cargo bike shop in Berlin, I’ve been a bike mechanic for over 17 years. I also have 4 kids! We commute with our two youngest in the Kita about 12km a day. I have seen this bike as a mechanic and appreciated the quality of the construction of the frame and selection of components. I have seen this bike as a commuter with my kids through rain, snow, cold and sunny days. In my opinion there is no cargo bike that comes close.

The Urban Arrow Family Plus has been a game changer for me as a mother with my three young kids. I shuttle them back and forth to school, rain, snow and sunshine and we enjoy the journey so much more than taking the public transport in Hamburg, Germany. On top of that I can pack so much of our grocery shopping in it! It’s a High quality cargo bike and I love it!

I’m using an urban arrow family as daily driver in Poland, and I’d definitely recommend it for everyone looking to bring back joy in everyday errands and family activities.

Great ride for the entire family!

After having our baby, we decided to buy an Urban Arrow and it’s been a total game changer for our family. Living in the city center of Amsterdam without a car, this bike has given us an incredible sense of freedom. Our ability to travel as a family has grown exponentially—we can easily visit friends and family, explore new places, and do so without the hassle of public transport or the costs of taxi/shared car use & parking. With the extended battery pack (545), even trips outside Amsterdam are totally doable.

Our baby loves riding in the UA in his Maxi-Cosi, which is easily installed with the UA holders—it’s super cosy and safe for the three of us to ride together.

If there’s one thing we’re still looking forward to, it’s the Raincover Plus—which will be a great addition for staying dry on rainy days!

Overall, we can recommend the Urban Arrow for city-living families looking for a practical, fun, and eco-friendly way to get around.

Been riding the Urban Arrow Family for over a year now and I am very pleased with the bike. We live just outside the city center and have 2 kids so it’s super convenient. Only downside is that after 2 months the metal plate near the wheel started the rust and I was told by the bicycle shop that this is normal. The bike had always been stored inside in the garage. Would expect more considering the price tag.

App works well and is very easy to use.

We love our UA Family - so much easier for getting around our local area and so much fun to just load up the children, the kit and head off along the canals! Our UA has proved itself both on the flat of Nederlands and the hills of the UK - wouldn't swap it for anything!

Our Urban Arrow Family cargo bike has been with us for three years now, and we couldn't image not having it anymore. It was bought just for getting the kids to and from school, but we use it for so much more nowadays, even without the kids. It's an excellently build bike, very comfortable for both the cyclist and passengers. We prefer it over our car and my motorcycle; it's just the best mode of transport we've ever owned. In addition, the one time a minor issue arose, Urban Arrow went above and beyond what any warrantee would have compelled them to do. Sweet!

Build more solid the rack for the shorty should hold 27kg broken never get back to me forget about costumer service almost 2 years no answer

forget about find any spares or proper service centres or mechanics in the uk ! , always waiting over 7 months for the minor of the parts ! terrible costumer service too , forget about fettle , or fully charged , minimun waiting time for any broken parts its over 6 months , you probably would buy your bike to have it seat somewhere and they re not small , so hope you have a garage for it to have it seated to have it fully rusted on the street .
Pd. Did contact multiple times , till the costumer service stopped answering .

Cargo bikes in general are a great mobility option and Urban Arrow is the original most widespread electric one. Great experience with young kids. Lots of accessories available and service points when needed. Also very helpful large online community. Best purchase ever!

Review after 24,000 km on my Urbanarrow Family, purchased 5.5 years ago: I love it and use it every day, winter and summer. I have meanwhile replaced motor, battery, gear shift and wheels but that's to be expected after so long distance.

I added the following modifications that I wish had been part of the original package: Suspension seat post, better seat, fastening for tension belts at the box, rear mirror.

Nevertheless: Would buy again 10/10.

The chair was lose, the steering wheel is offset and the backlights wire are torn

These are too many issues for a product costing EUR 7000

Since we don't own a car, this is the primary transportation option for me and the 7 year old. In two years of ownership I've put 14,700 km on it. My only regret is I bought the base model, if I knew we would end up riding it so much I would have upgraded to one of the higher end models.

best cargo bike ever! so easy to maneuver. suspension is perfect. speed is incompetable. quality is all over.

The bike is amazing but you guys need to learn how to pick your distributors got 1 bike in Ireland and it can’t be serviced I have always to wait for 6 month I. Order to service the bike what’s. Waste of my money.
