He lets us know of any issues immediately, is hugely diligent on payments being made on time and is extremely helpful with sharing any necessary documents for administrative purposes. Adeeb is truly a star!

I had many good experiences with Adeeb already but this time, I was bit concerned as this time my tenant was in rental arrears for two months and they were not making payments at all. Adeeb brilliant efforts and attempts made tenants cleared all the arrears and I got my money. Thanks Adeeb for your brilliant work!

The development where I live is great, with friendly staff on concierge and the upkeep is generally good. There’s a disconnect from what L&G advertise and what is offered, however. My apartment was broken into early morning by police (wrong address) and management just shrugged their shoulders. Problem resolution is non existent and considering such a huge deal, they made no effort to try and make things right afterwards or offer a move. I’ve heard the same about my development and other developments, from neighbours and ex-staff. If it’s a short term let, you’ll probably be fine but be wary of security etc.

My first working with was enjoyable. He was prompt to my questions and requests. I asked him for a video of my property and he sent me the next day. His responses to my silly questions were informative and friendly. Really like his service.

Quick respond to problems I had. Mr Adeeb ahmed was very kind and his service was good and beneficial.

Adeed from the Manchester team is great, help to remind and chase the rental payment from the tenants efficiently.

I contacted Mr. Muhammad to solve my problem, but that did not happen, and he asked me to contact customer service, even though he could do that.
