I can’t thank Alessandra & Hannah enough for helping me find and sign for my new place. Super friendly and speedy. Was amazing to be able to go back and forth so quickly. I applied and was approved and deposit all paid same day. Thank you so much :)

John is a fantastic member of the team and well cherished. He takes pride in his work and it shows - from organising our parcels to sorting resident concerns promptly. He has made an effort to get to know us all and makes living here feel like a real community. Worth his weight in gold!

The concierges, particularly John, make the experience of living in the Cocoa Works a particularly enjoyable experience.

John is always so helpful and professional. He doesn’t just look to solve the immediate issue (a problem with getting my packages), but he looks to resolve the underlying cause (incorrect email on system) and does it all with a smile. He’s made me feel really welcome to the building.

I’m always greeted with friendly staff and my parcels are looked after well.

Unacceptable building management!
Ongoing maintenance issues in this building. We were left without hot water for several days due to a long-standing leak in our apartment that had been reported last year and never properly fixed. Temporary repairs were done, which is why the problem escalated.
Lift B is also constantly out of order, causing regular inconvenience.
Poor maintenance, slow resolution of known issues, and no compensation offered despite the disruption and when requested, the request was declined based on it being “reasonable”. Disappointed.

We have been tenants with urbanbubble for three years now and have always found them to be professional and reliable. A special mention to Rose, who is always a pleasure to deal with. Most recently, she arranged an emergency repair for our water controller incredibly quickly, restoring our hot water in record time. It’s reassuring to have such a responsive property manager and agency.

Rose, who is my main point of contact at UB, is just a star. She is very responsive, provides all required information and always makes herself available to provide further clarity if and where needed. Also she is very hands on with managing rental property affairs on my behalf and provides regular pertinent updates which I highly appreciate.

I had a great experience with Xavier from Urbanbubble. He conducted the flat viewing and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. After the viewing, he gave me a helpful nudge to let me know other candidates were making offers, which allowed me to quickly submit mine. Shortly after, a let was agreed.
In less than 48 hours from submitting my application and references, I was approved to move into the property, which was incredibly impressive.
I also appreciated that other members of the Urbanbubble team checked in while I was completing the application to make sure everything was going smoothly. Overall, a very efficient and supportive experience.

Axis building is way over priced and has no community, no gym (not even a discount to closest gym) no roof terrace either
Only good thing is the staff ,particularly Sheldon
For the cost at least promote a community whatsapp group and put some basic events on

I have found Urbanbubble easy to deal with and clear throughout the application process. Communication has been prompt and straightforward. The team handled everything efficiently, which really helped reduce stress at a time when moving can feel overwhelming. So far, the experience has been smooth and reassuring.

If Urban Bubble ever opens a theme park, it should be called Chaosland, because in my experience, every interaction with them is a wild ride through confusion, incompetence, and accidental comedy.
One of their signature skills seems to be getting important information wrong — constantly. Dates? Wrong. Details? Wrong. Entire situations? Completely misinterpreted. But don’t worry! They always patch it over with that magical phrase:
“My bad.”
Ah yes, just what you want to hear from the people responsible for managing an entire building. Not “We’ll resolve this.” Not “We take this seriously.” Just a casual my bad, as if they’ve knocked over your drink, not messed up something actually important.
The staff themselves give off a wonderful blend of passive-aggressive charm and money-grabbing energy. Ask a question and you’ll get a response colder than the Arctic. Query a charge and it’s like you’ve asked them to donate a kidney. Honestly, if there was an award for “Least Helpful While Technically Replying,” they’d be unstoppable.
And managing a block? Let’s be real — based on what I’ve seen, they’d struggle to run a bath. Although I suppose if they did, they’d get the temperature wrong, shrug, and say “my bad” before sending an invoice.
The leadership doesn’t break the pattern either. They radiate the same “couldn’t care less” vibe as if customer service is an urban legend they once heard about but never investigated.
So if you love horror movies, thrillers, plot twists, and the adrenaline rush of never knowing what mistake is coming next — Urban Bubble delivers a full cinematic universe.
For anyone looking for actual competent management, though? I’d recommend absolutely anything else.

Urban Bubble building management is a totally unprofessional. They refuse to communicate with residents, don’t even understand the rights that residents and homeowners have within the properties they manage.
They constantly side with developers that they work for and will never go against them. Building maintenance is a lacking and latent defects are never followed up with the developers - always a tenant issue. For a building just over a 18 months only, we shouldn't be having repeated system control failures.
Even reaching out to their CEO gets no response, and their budget management is non-existent. We got sent a letter with an ‘expected’ overrun of operating costs in the £Millions - but they can’t produce financial accounts to back it up.
They certainly do not put the tenant experience first and would advise not moving into a building that they manage.
