Extremely disappointed with the service. They will take booking, they blindly allot a technician from far locational who will not at all available & who doesn’t show up, and the booking will be cancelled & paid amount will be deducted without resolution/Work done. Truly poor service

We had booked you guys for restaurant clean up on 13/4/26 and then on 14/4/26 no one showed up .We were charged a rs829 /- for the same and then they told us they will not clean a restautant but only residential premises.What shocked me is they said they will fine us 759!! And return us rs 70!! That is a daylight robbery!!! ... We will be taking this up against you till we get this refunded...
Urban company house cleaning service
Urban company did cleaning service to our empty house. The professional uploaded before and after cleaning pictures. But it was taking time to download. So I thought let me pay first and take a look at it later. But after the payment, I don't see any pictures at all. I live in abroad. I can verify the service done by looking at the pictures only. I raised a ticket and complained at the help center. But they were not helpful in resolving by uploading the pictures again. Instead they are asking me to give them the images to prove my dissatisfaction. I'm really frustrated.

Highly disappointed with Urban Company services. They charged me for the cleaning in advance and then the professional came for few mins & left giving an excuse without completing the service. No one responded despite of repeated follow ups. Disgusting!

Worst service I have ever seen. I paid online and booked service 3 days before. On the day of service their professional called me and said that he will be late , I said okay .
But he cancelled my booking by himself and company charged 200/- from me . There is no customer care to speak with. There is only chat support. And no use.

Unnecessary pressure to fill the gas, so that extra money can be taken from customer
Last time when I got my AC servicing done, I was told by the technician to get the gas filled then only will be be able to do the service of the ac.
However, this time when I again got my AC servicing done through Urban Company, present technican informed be that gas was not required to be filled last time for which I was charged extra money
Would request others not to fall in their trap.

I booked full house cleaning services, executive did not come. Services was booked for 2 pm and still no resolution no once is replying properly. Three different help lime people called with different information. Trying to make me fool and no respect for client’s time. This is third time when executive did not turned up and given same excuse.

Today booked toilet cleaning 3 packages. Professional arrived 30 mins late but UC send me msg person arrived will wait for 10 mins then cancel.
When person arrived late snd started drama that toilet glass has strach so he refused to work and not cancelled the booking.

had a very frustrating experience with Urban Company today and I want to share exactly what happened.
Yesterday night I was feeling very sick and extremely tired, with strong back pain after returning to the gym following a break. I wanted to book a massage because I really needed relief. Unfortunately, there were no available slots for the same night, so I decided to book an appointment for the next morning instead.
I chose a morning slot because I had work around 1:00 PM and wanted to rest properly before starting my day. I made the booking, it was confirmed, and the payment was deducted.
I went to sleep early so I could wake up in time for the appointment. However, during the night at around 12:00 AM, while I was sleeping, the therapist who was assigned to me sent me a message asking me to reschedule or choose another therapist.
First of all, I did not even choose this therapist myself — the system assigned her automatically. Second, sending such a message at midnight is not professional, especially when the appointment is the next morning and most people are asleep.
Naturally, I did not see this message while I was sleeping. When I woke up at 10:00 AM, I saw the message and immediately tried to respond and figure out what to do. I did not know that it was somehow my responsibility to reassign another therapist in the system. I tried to do it but I could not find a way.
I also messaged the therapist directly but she never replied.
I then tried to contact customer support through the app, but no one responded. The virtual assistant only told me that there might be a delay of about 30 minutes. I waited, but no one arrived.
Until now, my case is still showing as open in the app, which means I cannot even submit a proper complaint. No therapist came, no one contacted me, and my money was already deducted.
This situation is extremely disappointing. I planned my morning around this appointment because I was not feeling well and needed the massage before work. Instead, I was left waiting with no service, no explanation, and no support response.
What exactly is the company expecting customers to do in situations like this? This shows a serious lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for the client’s time

Very bad experience with Urban Company washroom cleaning service. The cleaner barely cleaned anything — walls, corners, and many areas were left untouched. Even after repeatedly asking him to clean properly, he kept arguing that the areas were already cleaned when they clearly were not. He didn’t even remove items from the cupboard to clean behind them. Customer support was equally disappointing and provided no resolution. Complete waste of money. Local cleaners do a far better job. Never booking Urban Company again.

Worst service ever, Urban company service has gone down tremendously over the last few months. They let you book on the App and deduct the amount and the professional doesn't even show up. They are minting money by making a fool out of people. Worst ever. I hope they go to hell.

Pathetic experience with Urban Company.
I booked an AC service for 6 AC units and was asked to pay in advance, which I did. After waiting 4 days, I received a message just 12 hours before the scheduled service saying that the technician had a medical issue and the service was cancelled.
When I contacted customer support through chat, the agent (Sanskar) could only apologize. No alternative technician was arranged, and I was simply asked to wait for a refund and place a new booking.
If the company is unable to fulfill the first request after taking advance payment, why should customers trust them with another booking?
Very disappointing experience. Customers should be careful before booking services here.

Ignorance during Ac service and damaged my appliances. Since more than 30 hours no one has come from company to check and resolve the issue. Completely careless attitude shown by professional and company. We pay heavy amount for services and what we get lose and mental harrashment. A big no Urban company services specially Ac service. They don't have skilled worker. They will damage your expensive appliances and will show attitude also. Professional says " Maam aisa to ho hi jata hai kabhi kabhi jo damage hua hai company dekhegi" And when you call customer care they will only make you fool. Like" Maam hum bhej rahe hain technician " And what they do last moment send you a computerised msg. " Very sorry maam koi technician Aivalable nahi hai.. Really ye service dete ho tum customers ko.
