Even though I was late with returning due to a miscommunication, they thought along with me about how we could solve it. I am very satisfied with this company and would recommend it to everyone!

I ordered and received a beautiful pair of Huaraches leather loafers. The craftsmanship is amazing. Was contacted before shipping to make sure I approved of the leather color, and pictures were provided for my approval prior to shipment. Customer care from this company is top notch! Best company I’ve dealt with in a very long time!

Even though the order got delayed, the communication about the delay was very clear and the dress arrived quickly after that.

The dress itself is beautiful and came with a separate slip dress, so I can swap it out at will, which I really like as well.

The package arrived very quickly, the caps I ordered are a good fit (adjustable) and are exactly like they are presented on the website regarding color and the stiching/text on the front. They even sent me a personal email asking if I was happy with the order and thanked me for the purchase, which I really appreciated. Would for sure order again if I ever needed anything.
